Rachel is hands down the best bartender in the world! From the moment you walk up to the bar, she greets you with a warm smile and a genuine energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. Her drink-making skills are top-notch — every cocktail is perfectly balanced, creative, and made with care.
What really sets Rachel apart is her personality. She remembers your name, your favorite drink, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. Whether she’s crafting a signature cocktail or recommending something new, she does it with confidence and flair.
The atmosphere around the bar always feels better when Rachel’s behind it. She’s professional, personable, and truly passionate about what she does.
If you’re lucky enough to have Rachel as your bartender, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience. Cheers to Rachel — the absolute best!

The TABC should shut this place down ! They will oversee someone even if they shouldn’t! They are fine as long as you’re paying ! No morals or rules for bartenders either , so sad!

Well, what a way to start the new year. So, we came into Splitz today and had a great time with the bartender Sam. However, when the shift change happened, the great service I had, unfortunately, disappeared. The 2 bartenders Rachael and Laura did absolutely nothing; they never addressed us, nor did they approach us to ask if we needed anything with empty classes in front of us. So when Paul the manager came over to talk to us, i stated there seems to be a bias in who is served here. Everyone who did not look like me was addressed; however, myself and my friend, who are women of color, were not. I cannot say that they are racist or prejudice but most definitely, there was/is a underlying bias in how things were handled. Even if it was assumed that we were leaving, being here additional 45 minutes and asking for the Ohio/Oregon game to be turned up so we could hear the sound, clearly means we were not. There is nothing wrong with checing in with your patrons, especially if they are still seated at your bar for an extended period of time. It’s 2025, for goodness sakes DO BETTER, be intentional in how you treat ALL people, and NEVER make assumptions…just check in!

To go order via phone call. Menu online was old and didn’t have one of the items available that I ordered, but didn’t find out until I went to pick up my order. Also, they were out of the steak fingers, and again did not know this until I went to pick up my order. Had to wait for substitutions to be prepared while at the bar. I ordered the chili popper burger, which was pretty good! Would order again! Just a bit disappointed that the bartender taking my order over the phone wasn’t up to speed on the menu changes. That said, while at the bar waiting, the staff was great! Had a drink while waiting and they were very responsive.

Horrible service. Husband and I showed up and did not see a waitress until we had already been there for 10 minutes. My husband had to go to the bar to get our first drinks. Finally, after about 20 minutes of being at the restaurant our waitress arrived at the table. We ordered our food and 10 to 15 minutes later we were then informed that the kitchen staff had left already. We hurried and finished some of our drink, leaving a good portion on the table, so we could go find a place we could enjoy dinner and drinks. The whole bar needs an upgrade anyway and it seems like the staff might need to be upgraded as well.

Love this bar. When I go out to drink this is the first place I go. Its filled with regulars and the food is really good. I’ve never had anything bad here. My favorites though are the jalapenos, buffalo chicken pizza and Wednesday is $1 wings

This atmosphere is comfortable, and casual, the managers are awesome. The people that go to this establishment are on the most part friendly and having great fun. The Friday night Karaoke is fun and allows even a bad singer not to be thrown out. The pool tables allow for billiards players to have much fun. The Top gold adds to the attraction well and the shuffle board is fun. The shuffle board has broken pucks that need replacing. They need more chalk for the pool cues. The food is real good and the beer is real cold. Sort of pricey for beer and food. $10 for a burger? Always a beer special going on if you know or ask. But quality is good and tasty. The sound muffling from the bowling alley is real good and you don’t hear the bowling balls hitting the pins at all. No dart boards and the virtual golf simulator seems to be out of order all the time or shut down but no big deal. The restrooms are moderately clean. Need a pac man game machine or pin ball game machine to make it perfect. the host of Karaoke night is very friendly and talented. He is an excellent guitar player. The UFC fights there are enjoyable and overall a peaceful and fun place to go that is not too far away. party down or fellowship with friends!! Great service!! Keep it up!!

We enjoy coming here to shoot a little pool and have adult drinks.
I have not used the bowling side yet but it looks like fun. Always see families bowling with their kids.
They also have some pretty good food as well with good prices.

Great place. We come here fairly often and usually are served by Val when we aren’t bowling. We always tip her well because she told us about being a single mom but lately we realized she wasn’t ringing up our tab and just pocketing the money. We never ask for a receipt but whenever the other girls serve us we always get one. My husband brought it up to her and she just said that she’s worked there forever and that it was okay. We brought it up to one of the girls working that night and turns out she isn’t actually a single mom and they have had issues with money disappearing before. People are WEIRD
