My family and I have been going here for as long as I can remember. It is a big hit where everyone finds something they enjoy, and can always find new things to try. Service is excellent, and efficient, Shanon has always been an especially great waitress for us. The food is made fresh with good ingredients, and is well priced.

Delivery was horrible & that is not the delivery persons fault, the entire order should be thoroughly checked by the Business. Missing entire kids meals and sides. Then was met with a horrible attitude by a lady at 6pm; at their own packaging but insisted it was the delivery drivers fault that they didn’t secure the top in the first place. Definitely a different atmosphere than before. Shame that poor customer Service keeps ruining timeless institutions. Chicken Parm was burned, Rolls were literally so hard you had to apply a bit of pressure to break through the top, stale & overcooked=not a good combo. Salad was dripping wet. Just insane to spend $70 for inedible or missing food.

Two words sum up my experience at Italian Villa in Allen Texas. Those two words would be Simply Wonderful. I was craving Italian food, so I Google. Italian near me. Italian Villa was only 6 minutes from were I was, so I took the recommendation. I walked in the door and was instantly greeted with a warm hello. Cadence was my server and she was fantastic. I started with the Fried Mozzarella and I honestly could have stopped there. It was exceptional. I then ordered the lunch special and tried the Manicotti and the Chicken Alfredo. Both were delicious, however the Chicken Alfredo was my favorite:) It was so creamy with just the right amount of dried oregano, onion powder and salt and pepper. Whenever I’m craving Italian food again, I will definitely go back to Italian Villa.

Have always driven past this location and never tried it, glad I did today! I got my favorite dish Chicken Aristocrat which is white cream and marinara with angel hair, eggplant, and chicken breast. Was a massive portion that the picture doesn’t do justice as the tray was two inches deep. Usually eggplant tastes frozen or heated up as patties but this tasted amazingly fresh with an amazing texture. The house vinaigrette was a little strong so don’t put too much on your salad, and the two included rolls were amazing when dipped in the excess sauce with my dish. Would recommend for the price, service and quality!

We used to love this place, dine in and Uber Eats over the past few years. However last week we dined in and noticed that we were charged $20.95 for a $14.25 meal. We mentioned it and after a few minutes the waitress walked over to our table, slapped down a $5 bill and said angrily “here you go” as if we had done something wrong. It was embarrassing and rude. We were not rude at all and I cannot believe the way we were treated. Unfortunately we will not be visiting or ordering here again.

Went in today for the first time! Seriously I can’t rave enough about how amazing the food is! The mozzarella sticks were so fresh and homemade. The marinara also homemade. The salad what fresh green leafy salad. No iceberg lettuce. The portions were great! The servers were so nice. The facility was very comfy. We have now found our new favorite Italian place. We ordered the chicken Alfredo and chicken Diane.

Lovely local Italian restaurant. They have a variety on their menu. You can bring your own wine for a corkage fee, but they also have wine on hand. The chocolate cheesecake was wonderful. The staff was attentive! We’ll be back!

I’ve been coming here for 25 years and have yet to have a bad meal. We were there again last week and asked for some food accommodations and off the menu items…they were very happy to oblige and everything was great!
We have been coming regularly enough to know many of the staff. As well, the owner (Tony) makes it a point to come by to say hello when he sees us and ask how the food/service is going. And will immediately move to fill glasses is he notes they are low.
This has become a regular stop for us, especially when celebrating holidays. When we come here, we are greeted warmly and feel welcome. Enough so, that when our kids come home to visit, this is the one place they routinely request we go while they are in town.
On a side note – I noted those giving bad reviews for delivery orders and complaining about how the food arrived or the high cost. It appears those were Uber Eats deliveries – you should know it will be marked up in price by Uber Eats and the restaurant can’t control how the food is handled. I only be in g this up because we have always had our food arrive timely and in great condition – every time we ordered direct from Italian Villa and had them deliver it themselves.
