Zero stars would be appropriate. We waited well over 30 minutes for our mobile order through the drive-through when I went into the store to ask if it would be easier to pick up Inside and was met by a very frustrated, overwhelmed employee, who was not happy to see me. Some system reviews might be in order seems to be some sort of problem. I’ve never waited longer than 5 Minutes at a McDonald’s drive-through in my life. Avoid if possible recommend going to Burger King. They had no line and it looked very clean.

My fries had debris on them- an obvious sign that the fryers need to be cleaned. The dining room- all tables were dirty. All of them. Service- where to start- super slow and several acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Those that were helpful were very helpful (thank you to those 2).
Bathroom was DISGUSTING. I think I’m glad I just got a tetanus shot. Seriously.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would everytime you go you wait waited 20 minutes for a McDouble small fry and 4 peace nugget heard the McDouble be called back plenty of times to be made when he was told the final time to make it he had a smart remark I could understand if you where under staffed but 6 to 7 people in one kitchen get new managers who know how to run a shifted went Monday was no wait but to my surprise open my hot and spicy bread so hard you could knock somebody out with it and had NOTHING on it . Do better you don’t want to work quit .

My Mother and I stopped one afternoon after a doctor’s appointment for soft served ice cream. We got creamy milk well they tried I immediately said I don’t want that I would like my money back This is issue #2 I paid $5.50 and initially they gave me $3.30 . I had barely pulled away from window, when I saw I was short Slammed on brakes I put down my car window and said This is not all of it I thinking they can’t figure out the difference between $3.30 and $5.50 so sad I pulled away with $6.85 HA #3 issue No cones and No vanilla and chocolate twist (that’s been gone a long time) I told the guy at window (drive thru) That I know He wouldn’t want to drink his ice cream either

stopped on my way back home from the Angola rodeo with my boyfriend and his family to use the restroom and grab something quick to eat on the road. absolutely worst experience at a mcdonalds ive ever experienced. FIRST OFF, the bathroom had no toilet paper and the counter by the sink was filthy along with the stalls, which the floors were covered in toilet paper. SECOND, the service was very disappointing, multiple customers, (most of which had also stopped in on their ways home from the same rodeo), had been waiting for well over 30 minutes. most of our family was literally able to eat their food (which was terrible by the way) before they finally gave my boyfriends sister her and her child’s food. THIRD, the workers were cussing in front of everyone and talking about refunding every customer and clocking out. the workers also forgot multiple things on nearly everyones orders, as well as not filling the receipt paper on the kiosk so my boyfriend and i didnt get a receipt nor our order number, LUCKILY i saw it within the 2 seconds it was on the screen and memorized it. if i could leave 0 stars, i WOULD. 0/10000. do NOT recommend.

Wow, sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Didn’t know it came with onions and green sauce and a burnt sausage patty. It’s definitely not the patty that is supposed to come on it. First bad one I have ever had.

I went through the drive thru. The employee who took my order was polite but sounded like he really didn’t want to be there. I purchased 2 double cheeseburgers, cheeseburger meal, 20 pc. chicken nuggets, large frie, & drinks. I had to pull up and wait for my lg. fries. I looked through the bag, and I was missing the med. fries that came with the meal. A very nice older lady brought my lg. fries out, then went back in to get the med. fries. When I returned home to with my grandchildren, the nuggets were excellent, the cheeseburgers were dried out and burnt, & one double cheeseburger didn’t have anything on it but pickles. This was absolutely the worst McDonalds, I have ever been to.

An order of cranberry/raisin oatmeal was ordered, my oatmeal resembled one little scoop in a coffee cup/small. No fruit on top, why can’t these people get the orders right. I’ve seen a girl on her cellphone at the window, a manager or supervised talk bad about someone waiting on an order they brought in messed up. Our money pays you , you are suppose to provide a quality service. There’s no quality in this order. They mess up a lot and don’t dare. Most people accept it cause they in a hurry. CHECK YOUR IRDER BEFORE LEAVING THE EINDOW/ iNside. It’s that bad!!!im sending a picture of my oatmeal in a small coffee cup!! I’m disgusted with their service!!! Truly BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL..

Waited in line for 20 min and the chick was mad we asked for more sauce she said “you have enough sauce for the amount of nuggets you have” , I told her we’d pay for more sauce and she just gave us an attitude about it. 1) That sauce ain’t coming out of your paycheck. 2) I had no problem paying for it.
If you hate your job so much don’t work there.
Definitely needed extra sauce for the dry old nuggets.
