Absolute disaster and not happy with the service

We’re not going to this chipotle again. We’ve been going to this location for a long time, and although it was good, today we were dissatisfied with our experience. A teen boy, who was serving our food, started throwing quiet f-bombs. His attitude toward me was not friendly in the slightest. He threw the toppings onto the tortilla angrily and started speaking to his employees AS I was ordering. I understand working isn’t a fun activity to be spending your evening, but you have to control your emotions when it comes to your customers. In addition, we ordered a plain cheese quesadilla, but they gave us extra sides—which they probably charged us with. When we went to pay, the guy had us slide our card in twice, claiming that it didn’t work the first time. Yet, they didn’t give us a receipt even though they normally do. Hm. Quite unprofessional.

Avoid this location at all costs. Employees are rude. They have to much drama going on behind the counter to care about the customers orders. They gave me a half scoop of steak and when i asked for a full scoop they charged my for a double scoop. They were out of rice, queso, guac, just about everything. Almost returned the food and went to any other chipotle. If i could give this location negative stars I absolutely would.

I always been going to this location for almost 5 years. This has been the worst food I received . I ordered 4 vegetarian entrees. 2 burrito bowl and 2 butlrritos.
I asked for brown rice and they were out asked me to wait for 14-20 minutes. I said fine put white rice. We came home and the rice was totally not cooked and tasted raw and crunchy. I also asked for black beans with no water, he gave me 2 burritos with watery black beans and the other bowls were barely had not even obe spoon of black beans. As soon as I took the food home , we started eating it and we decided to stop and through the food away. After spending almost $45 of 4 veggies burritos and bowls , we through them away and ordered pizza. This is by far the worse experience and even if you try to call the branch to speak with someone, you will not be able to reach anyone and they ask you to leave a message

The front line person waited more than 5 minutes to not greet us and after mishearing something I said to my friend threatened to call security on as and we felt so uncomfortable with the animosity and poor service we left hungry.
Please, greet your customers as a bear minimum, and be kind.

I’m going to be so real, this is a fabulous chipotle. The wonderful girl named Alex was so awesome and every time I go here it’s SO good. I can tell the people working here care and I’m so happy I moved close to a Chipotle that’s smashing. Thank you Alex for making the best chipotle bowl ever!

I don’t complain normally super understanding
But man this is the 3rd time being disappointed by this chipotle… after a long day of work just wanted to grab my food and go home but they are always out of white rice or steak or something.. it’s 8pm still have a few more hours until close but always coming up short

After craving Chipotle for 2 weeks, I got my chicken bowl and it was not good. Very little chicken. I had 4 bites with chicken in it. Every time it is busy, they forget to give you the food you pay for. Its just a waste of money anyway. I guess I won’t get it anymore. Chipotle is my favorite but all the locations are not even good anymore. I paid 13 dollars per bowl and I didnt even finish it because there was so much rice and beans. Dry too! Not even enough salsa. Give us what we pay for at least! I dont need a huge amount but I would like enough to fill me up a bit

Ordered online from this location. I ordered chips and guacamole, as well as guacamole in the meals I ordered. I found someone’s hair in my bag of chips, and the guacamole I was given for a side and in my meals was brown. The guacamole was definitely not “made fresh” according to chipotles slogan. Very disappointing
