The pizza here is good — that’s the only reason I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But the customer service I experienced today was completely unacceptable.
The manager on duty around noon on February 17 (she said her name was Maria, though she was initially unwilling to provide it) hung up on me during our call. I had to call back just to get basic information. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful.
We order from this location frequently, and they’ve delivered to us many times — including recently. We’ve been loyal customers who consistently spend money here and support this business. Today, despite acknowledging that we order often and that exceptions have been made before, she refused to deliver and handled the situation with a terrible attitude.
In this economy, businesses should value repeat customers not push them away with poor communication and lack of professionalism.
Ownership should seriously look into who was managing the store around noon on February 17. Customer service like this damages your reputation more than you realize.

Customer service seriously needs to be addressed. If the owner doesn’t start recognizing the pattern in these reviews, the business is going to lose customers. This isn’t the only Eddie’s Pizza in town, and people will choose to spend their money elsewhere.
Specifically regarding the manager, Maria, leadership requires the ability to read the room and provide professional, respectful customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. A manager sets the tone for the entire establishment, and that standard was not met.
I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I took my italian friend from the bay area here to the original eddies. We order pizza without cheese. We asked for basil and oregano and they didnt have any. So we ate the pizza with sauce, meats and Parmesan cheese. It tasted very healthy. I personally prefer no cheese because i became lactose intolerant. I really like the staff and cooking but the old decorations make this stockton landmark look obsolete. I wish they looked as nice as the other restaurant up north. South stockton needs beautiful aesthetics, the ancient designs make people feel like we dont deserve nice things in the south side. They have an arcade and juke box witch is nice. The bathrooms are clean. Lots of walking space, and the staff are very accommodating. I will always get pizza from here, i just dont like the old decorations.

After being a loyal customer for over 10 years ordering at least once a week and spending hundreds of dollars a month I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
For a decade, my orders have been delivered without issue. Just last week, I had a delivery with no problem. Suddenly today, I’m met with attitude, disrespect, and unnecessary resistance from a manager who clearly has no understanding of customer service.
Instead of resolving a simple situation, she chose to argue. Ego completely replaced professionalism. Even worse, when asked for names, staff refused to identify themselves. If you’re a manager or supervisor, why hide? Accountability shouldn’t be optional.
This business clearly takes loyal customers for granted. I tip drivers consistently. I order weekly. I’ve supported this place for years. And this is how long-term customers are treated?
If ownership is unaware of how their management handles customers, they should be concerned — because behavior like this drives people away fast. Customer service training and basic business ethics are seriously lacking here.
Losing a customer of 10+ years over pure arrogance is wild. Do better. Im not looking for free food but would appreciate a decision maker reaching out and making things right.

Worst customer service, Girls working @ cashier are extremely rude! They were giving my family and I attitude for no reason. The prices were already high, and her customer service made my experience worse. Never wasting a cent here again and i advise you to get mountain mikes instead lol

Pizza was pretty good and the crust was very crispy. On the other hand, bruh the wings are definitely mid. $16.00 for 12 wings that are very small (pic enlarged to show texture). Whatever brand of strawberry soda is schmacking. The service was great so no complaints there! All in all not too bad but they definitely gotta step their wing game up.

Had a Personal BBQ Chicken Pizza today!!! Ordered To go, and it was really good. The pizza comes with Red Onion, and Cilantro but the Ranch Dressing on the side compliments the flavor really well. Perfectly cooked crust, and lots of parmesan cheese!! My food was ready on time, and still warm when I got home. Overall, a good experience was had. Definitely recommend!!

I was in Stockton visiting a good friend. I was telling her about a pizza place in a nearby city. She recommended Eddie’s. I picked one up on my way home. I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of topping. Very flavorful. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in Stockton.
