This place is clearly run by a stressed out, underpaid skeleton crew. We’re waiting in a long line of irritated customers and there are people storming out because the wait is so long.
We ordered on the app and already paid, and the app said it was ready about 40 minutes ago. We’re still all just sitting here at a booth.
I don’t think this is the employees’ fault. They’re all clearly working, they just don’t have enough people to keep up with the demand.
KFC: seriously, double the wages for your employees and hire more people. I’ll pay more. Great work squeezing so much of a profit out of your store so you can pay your CEO millions while the average customer experience is miserable.

I went in, placed a to go order. They did not have cooked what I ordered, however they told me that they would cook my order if I did not mind a 15 to 20 minute wait. I told them I did not mind, because I would know it was fresh and correct. My daughter and I told them we were going outside to take a smoke while waiting on the order. We were outside maybe 5 minutes when the door opened and the young lady brought our food out to us. Now this order cost me $85.00. We ordered an 8 piece meal with 2 sides 4 biscuits and 2/6 piece thighs only. We were shocked at the speed because it was the manager that told us about the time we would need to wait, but assured us that we would get what we had asked for and paid for. So the young girl that brought it to us was very nice. We told her how impressed we were with how clean the store was. She thanked us as well. We drive 15 miles home to (The Preserve) go in and start checking our order. Well needless to say, it was not what we ordered and were charged for. We knew then that we had been screwed over. We paid for 2 /6 pc thigh orders, which are very expensive and the manager told us that she would have to cook them.
What we got instead were 2 PCs of thighs and 10 old wings. This was sickening to us because they seemed so nice and believable. I just do not understand why we can no longer get good, truthful, customer service. Lord my God, how times have changed. Think twice before trusting that KFC, if you do go in and place an to go order, please check your order before you drive home.

What if you drove 30 min to KFC and they told you that they were out of chicken? I can’t make this stuff up folks! It happened to me today at 430 pm at this KFC. I said are you kidding me? So instead of getting the 8 piece bucket of chicken for $10, I got the 6 wings meal with sweet corn and drink for $10. Big mistake. The sweet corn was not sweet at all and was dry as dirt. Wings would have been ok but that nasty BBQ sauce made them almost not eatable! At least the Mt Dew was awesome! Oh and the table I sat down at was dirty with someone else’s chicken but I chose to sit there, so blame me for that one! But I seriously doubt I will eat here again for a long time. The place was not clean and the staff was more interested in smoking outside than working inside!

This location is not special need child friendly. They will yell at you and your child. They treat customers like they are below them. They try to bully you if you call corporate on them and will tell you it’s all of us against your word. They dont wear thier name tags. I will never stop at this location and if im running food orders I will deny this stores orders.

Went through the drive through yesterday ordered a 8 piece family meal and 12 of the Hot wings. I received 4 thighs and 4 legs and for my 12 wings I received 10 and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. I will say that the mashed potatoes and Cole slaw was good. Another $50.00 wasted.

We love Jack. The Healthcare workers at Methodist stop in before evening shift. He has great friendly service when ordering, at the service window and with staff. Always smiling and greeting with a hello how is your day? So great to visit with him when ordering thru the drive thru.

I made an online order to be pick up at 1:35. I walked out at 1:55. They were not busy. The biscuits were so bad, they were not fully cooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. After being closed down I decided to give them another shot, but will not be going back after this experience.

Did a app order for pick up in drive Thru. The women first yelled give me a minute once I got to speaker. About 5 minutes later and several cars leaving behind me. She came back on speaker my food wasn’t ready and I would have to come in. ( Again no one behind me they both left) She wasn’t friendly at all. I pulled around came in, again very rude women named Sabrina
App orders aways come in to get. Though the app gives you options for drive thru. Sabina was very rude and is costing your store to lose business.
