Ordered two carne asada breakfast burritos. Received burritos with ZERO Carne asada in either burrito. Called to see what happened and tell the lady on who answered the phone. She was nothing but rude and offered zero way of making it right. Asked us to physically bring the burritos back after telling us 1. “That’s how you ordered them, I have your order. “ I told her to read it then because it says carne asada breakfast burritos ADD sour cream and guac plz. Then she tells us that we spoke to her before and that she told us they were running low on carne asada. ANOTHER LIE that didn’t add up with her first LIE. I offered to send her photos or to FaceTime me as we ordered online for delivery for a reason – can’t drive post operation. Kids here sleeping. Rude. Unhelpful. Eventually we randomly got a refund, but the way she handled us on the phone was uncalled for. Took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HER OWN LIES AND HER COOKS MISTAKE AND OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS. The one we order from weekly (which it should’ve been, we made that mistake of not double checking location) is 100% better in every way possible. I will never go to another Roberto’s except the one on horizon because of this.

My carne asada fries only came half full. They use to fill it up and now we get very little but some how pay the same price. And then our churros were cold and have no sugar or cinnamon on it. And it taste like freezer burn. Terrible. Just absolutely terrible and I can’t believe how low their business has come.

Got the chicken tacos kind of scrimpy on the meat at this location. One off Gibson Rd. they are full. The red sauce is watered down and mild. It should be spicy. The cooks here need to go to Gibson location and learn how to make the food and sauces. I’ve been an avid Roberto’s customer over 15 years. I’ll just go back to my regular one to get my food

Sorry but it just wasnt very good. My order was wrong, i came back and they replaced it. Service was nice, but the food was not great. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The beans were the most plain flavorless beans I’ve ever had. Just saying- i wouldn’t come here again. Also dont recommend ordering online thru their website- they didnt even receive the order until i got there 30mins later.

Small place with 3 tables, but clean. No bathroom. The take out order was quick and the staff were friendly. Food was great! Sauces were pre made from a can, but still good quality. Tortillas not made on site, shipped in from San Diego and delicious for a breakfast burrito.

Trash, the first time I went and they messed up my order I had to call 3times to let them know cause I was at work across the street from them. I just went again and they messed it up big time and I called over 7times no answer so had to leave my job and go to the location and still couldn’t get it right. I asked for a refund and the girl couldn’t do that right. How you refund to the wrong card. Like come on, I should’ve known something wasn’t gonna be right when I heard the girl telling the cook the #13 is a combo.. like huh!! How do you not know the items with a number next to it is a combo. Sad, been eating Robertsos for years and never had this problem only at this location. They put so much beans in my Chimichanga it looked like a big bean burrito and the girl at the register says it comes with only beans a meat WRONG!! Never had it with beans and where’s my meat. She said that’s how it comes. I left it at her store.
