A good fast food spot on West Street, in between Maple and Kellogg. It’s a clean atmosphere inside and has fair service. I’ve had plenty of classic roast beef sandwiches here including a great Rueben, as well as a tasty Turkey Ranch and Bacon. Coupons are always coming out for Arby’s in the area so value is another added reason to visit. I made a recent pickup for a “2 Can Dine For $9.99” clip and it worked out perfectly. I recommend this Arby’s as a dependable quick meal option for the west side.

Got a French Dip and they are using new bread which is much better than the old roll. Also employees were friendly, nice, and professional. I enjoyed eating there.

I went through the drive through. I was greeted and after my order was taken my I was asked about condiments, drink, and dessert. Then my question about gift cards! Yes, they have them in whatever amount I want! No problem with pennies!

The young lady that took my order was RUDE and her ATTITUDE was Couldnt be bothered with customers. I ordered a French Dip and after I paid she told me that they were out of the Au Jue. I almost dropped my order when she NEVER looked at me and she flew my order at me. Though this Arby’s is close. I’m NOT going back. I DON’T want to give this any stars but I have to.

In love with the burger!!! Unfortunately didn’t realize till almost done that it was not fully cooked… really couldn’t tell with all the sauce dripping everywhere, which I asked for extra sauce and boy o boy did I get it lol it was literally dripping as you can see… not sure how they cook there burgers but definitely need to make sure they are fully cooked because they are pretty good!!!

Got 4 mozzarella sticks instead of the 6 I paid for and apparently they don’t come with marinara dipping sauce anymore? They also forgot the cup of cheddar. I’m not sure what kind of psychopaths eat their mozzarella sticks without marinara and their fries without a cup of cheddar but it ain’t me. I guess on the bright side at least the lady in the drive through window was kind which seems rare nowadays.

Love the remodel but the service is really bad. In the drive thru I asked about the pizza slide and no sound for about 45 seconds or so then I get a short and snappy reply.
Box and napkins have marinara all over them and the food WAS NOT HOT!

So i got the new loaded Italian sub and i must say, this sandwich is garbage and looks nothing like the picture they use to advertise it. I mean what a total disappointment.
