We came for breakfast and to take food back for the family I got the smoke link biscuit the biscuit was warm The egg cheese and sausage was cold. The biscuit was not hot enough to heat the egg cheese and the link so we went back in to get it fixed and are whole order got cold who wants to go home and heat up hot food they just paid all this money for they sure didn’t want to make that right just a heads up it’s not good when reheated so we was out that money so after we went in to get the food fixed we leave and they just gave us a biscuit with sausage no egg no cheese like it was suppose to be and this is the second time this has happen with our food is why I’m leaving a review

I order a steak biscuit with gray an average of 4 days out of seven. I also ask for extra gravy and pay 75 cents per biscuit extra for the extra gravy. I do this because my daddy who has dementia can feed this to himself and still feel a glimmer of independence. I order extra gravy because it helps him swallow without aspirating into his lungs. However, I have NEVER received the extra gravy. The biscuit barely has any gravy, it does not even have as much as was added normally in years past. The biscuit is so dry even with the tad of gravy, that i have to add mayo before he eats it.
I tried multiple times to talk with someone at the store but they never answer the phone and the mailbox is full.

BURNT biscuits! Waited 20 minutes for horrible food. It was too hot, so we didn’t open any of the biscuit wrappers until we got home home. I’ll go to McDonald’s next time.

Dining area was uncleaned. More than one table had remnants and had not been wiped. Trash was overflowing. Women’s restroom had no soap and disgustingly smelled of urine. Men’s restroom was worse. Waited 20 plus minutes on two standard meals. Only two people seemed to be moving at a fast food pace, one older lady who appeared to be management had urgency. The rest were there and that was about it. I do not recommend stopping here.

My only complaint is that they do not seem to know their own operating hours. All of the signs on the store state different hours, and the information on Google states yet something else.
