Every single employee here has a heart felt warm welcome. Especially the 3 assistant female managers. I love Paneras coffee and order breakfast on weekends when General manager is not there. He has his favorite customers who he greets and there those for some odd reason red laser beams goes rights thru you…. So I avoid having any contact with him. 4 stars because of General managers selective customers me not being one of them which is fine by me. First Watch is just feet away

I bought 2 cinnamon crunch bagels for my daughter, and unfortunately it tasted horrible. I went back to ask for an exchange, thinking it was maybe a bad batch. The staff was very kind, helping me immediately. They did not hesitate to changed the product, but the taste was still the same. It tastes sour, mixed with a putrid, puke-like aftertaste (its honestly indescribable). I read that they changed the way they make the bagels now (im not sure if its true). If its true, the change was not for good and it was a horrible decision! I hope Panera reviews the recipe and brings back the old taste. I will not buy it again, but three stars for the excellent customer service.

I’m a Panera lover for long time ago, the salad was incredible as always and I tried the squash soup for the first time here and it was delicious. Service was good, the only thing it bothers me was the auto order machines were not working, they have like 6 of them and none of them were available. It’s a nice and healthy place to eat !

I went here two to three times a day for about two weeks as it was my closest store for the “unlimited sip club”. Generally good, except they were out of Diet Pepsi for about two days and, typical of most Paneras, I had to ask for my cup after waiting 5-10 minutes each time on average.

I was happily surprised. The portions are big and enough for one person. The Greek salad was pretty good as well as both of the sandwiches: the tuna sandwich and the turkey sandwich. I totally recommend it if you want to eat something that make you feel a little bit like home

Panera bread. I’m impressed. AMAZING customer service; his location has the BEST staff I have ever met. I recommend this place for fast healthy food, for a sweet bread, coffee, or soup. Customer service super. They even stop by your table and nicely asked if you need anything else Or removed your garbage

Ordered dinner from the app tonight, but when we arrived to pick it up, they had just run out of certain items we ordered. ADRIANA went above and beyond to make sure we still left happy and we are nothing short of grateful for the experience we had. She was professional, so sweet and so thoughtful.
