First, they got my order wrong and proceeded to argue with me over it even though I had a receipt. The potato wedges tasted like they were two days old and the hot and spicy chicken wings tasted like they were four days old. Terrible all around.

I door dashed dinner for me and my boyfriend as we are incredibly sick. His food came with no issues. My oder was completely wrong, I ordered the Famous Spicy Bowl and got instead a bowl of Mac and cheese. My soda was supposed to be Dr. Pepper but upon taking a drink, I was incredibly displeased to find it was Pepsi instead. Will not be ordering digitally or in person from this location if orders can’t be checked for accuracy

Came in to get dinner, this has got to be the most cluttered and unclean kfc I’ve visited. Trash literally all over the store kitchen and lobby , appeared to not have been mopped in a month of Tuesdays. I was going to dine in but honestly after seeing the store I almost didn’t even order here…. The biscuits were extremely hard and old, the French fry’s were old and cold, the chicken was hot though, the cashier was super nice though.

Very unsatisfied my boyfriend signed up to receive their Bogo 8pc tenders and this is what we got. They are sooo dry and cold this is horrible. I didnt even get the all the right sauces I asked for.Crazy thing is I actually liked this location when I visited previously . Man I’m so mad I really had a taste for this and it was not cheep either $24 for 8pc tender is ridiculous! Fix it KFC!

First visit and will return. I drove 21 min from Florissant because my KFC is horrible. I went here at 5:30 on a Saturday night and was impressed. Drive thru was long but went super fast. The food was excellent and it shocked me. Took it home and ate with my family of 5. Great job and keep it up.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. They don’t give you what you order; they give you the wrong chicken. If you order it without spice and without pickles, they give you chicken with both. The service is terrible; they didn’t fix either of the two orders I placed. I don’t recommend eating there, especially if you want something specific, because you’ll probably get something you don’t want.

One of the worst place to eat fried chicken. Placed drive thru order & was asked to pull front as hot wings was yet to be fried. Waited for 15 mins & finally got my order. Looks like french fries was literally soaked in oil after frying them. Original recipe was not at all fresh & was soggy. Thought hot wings would be good but it was hot tasteless wings. Biscuits were not fresh either. Worst food worst KFC location.

I got an 8 piece nugget combo. The fries and the biscuit were totally fresh BUT the nuggets were NASTY. They were completely dry and OLD. They had been sitting for hours with how bad they were. I couldn’t even eat them. Ruined my dinner. Hopefully the couple that I ate don’t get me sick.
