Nice, pleasant, welcoming ladies made 4 burgers for me. All good. The building is a bit run-down and the gas station it is attached to has a bathroom that is disgusting. Horrible. I couldn’t wash my hands prior to eating. But, nice people and good food.

We were traveling and stopped in Collins Ms at Krystal 10 miles later my wife became sick and we had to stop 3 times for her to use the bathroom. Got to Vicksburg MS and had to take her to the emergency room she was so sick. Arrived at 4 in the afternoon and got to take her to our hotel at 130 in the morning. She was diagnosed with food poisoning.We live in Kansas and was a rough ride home.

This place is a hidden gem. My husbands fries with chilli was the perfect heat & texture, could not even take a picture. Dessert, picture perfect, hot & soft, mouth watering. Shake was awesome too. Great attention

Just not good service, if you are busy acknowledged your customer’s that walk up to your counter, I didn’t stay in walked out without ordering anything, I went back there this time to see if service was any better than the last time and it wasn’t, so thanks for asking but I want try it again, and will not recommend this or the location in Flowood, MS, it’s actually worse than this Collins,MS.
