Food was great and service from little Shelby was excellent but when one of the managers I’m assuming came and dropped off our food, they came with 6 all flats instead of all drums which is what I ordered. I politely said that I ordered all drums and the lady (older lady with salt/pepper hair) didn’t even look and me or apologize and took the wings back and walked off as if it were MY fault that I got the wrong wings. That’s incredibly rude and unprofessional.. she could really be the downfall of that place with that stank attitude. But anyway, I was honestly expecting to wait another 10-12 minutes for fresh ones but 3 minutes later they came back with my correct order to my surprise!

Super small portions. The cheese steak sandwich was no bigger than a kids meal or a 6in sub. My 14 yr old son got the triple bacon burger and it was small, he ate the whole burger and fries, he was still hungry. Server was great!

Honestly, we give them a shot every few months and it’s always disappointing. I’m not sure why they changed the way they bring food out to the tables but it’s not working. My husband ordered wings and I ordered a chicken sandwich. I waited for 20 minutes while my husband ate and finished his food. Finally we asked if my food was coming and they ended up bringing it out. I’d like to say this is a first time occurrence, but it’s not. Our server, Matiah (Mariah?) was absolutely fantastic so I hate to put a 1 for service but I’m not sure how else to rate the frustration of how long it took to get a simple chicken sandwich and fries.

I have always loved BW3 over the years from where I previously lived and used to patronize a couple times a month. BUT…3 of the last 4 visits at this one have been something else. Horrible service, forgotten items but still charged, room temp food, and we all make mistakes I know but where and when do you draw the line over numerous visits? I will start with the fact that service this evening was great. I feel sorry for the waitress. She had a trainee plus 7 tables plus running the bar. Unreal the amount of work put on her. The appz as usual barely warm. Onion rings were good per norm, the fried pickles usually great were cold and mushy batter underneath the crisp…fried nowhere near long enough. There were 3 of us today. 2 of us ordered Boneless wings and the third ordered one of the new tender sandwiches. 1 order of wings came out. Waited a couple mins nothing else.. so started the timer 5 mins after the initial 2 mins-ish the second order of wings came out.. then 10 MINUTES after the second entree came out the sandwich finally arrived. So over the course of 15 mins minimum it took all 3 meals to come out sporadically. Mind you, there were runners bringing out the food not the waitress since she was busting her hump with everything else. Maybe not enough help in the kitchen, can’t hire people blah blah I’ve heard it all. Still not reasonably accepted to have food come out as if we were all separate customers at separate tables. By the time the third entree came out, the other two meals could have been eaten. But instead we waited as one should do so everyone can eat together eventhough the first two meals were cold at this point. Yes..I am an excellent tipper and very understanding of the service industry. However, it will be a very, very long, if ever, time before returning to this B-Dubs.

Today I ordered a Southwestern Black Bean Burger and Potato Wedges through Uber Eats. The order arrived cold and didn’t look fresh. The patty in the burger was dry and overcooked, there were clearly fewer vegetables than shown in the photo, and the burger was poorly assembled. I ate it because I was very hungry and had no other option. Later in the evening, I started feeling sick and began vomiting. I’m 100% sure that I got food poisoning from this meal, as I had the burger and potatoes for lunch and nothing else that day. I feel very unwell, and I do not recommend this restaurant because they serve spoiled food, and I got food poisoning from it.

Phone ordered 10 boneless wings for takeout. Way over salted and not even a hint of crispiness. Paid $14, this included a dip and celery – not sure if this was extra, didn’t get a breakdown on the receipt. That’s a nearly $1.5 a bite. Pound for pound a steak dinner at Torry’s is cheaper. Gave them the 15 minutes they asked for to have it ready for a pickup and it wasnt. First and last try.

The food was okay. The service sucked. Our waitress checked on us once out of the hour we were there… not okay! It wasn’t even busy, there were maybe 4 other tables so it shouldn’t be that bad of service for a WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!!!!

Had great experiences with wings here many times. Did experience a recent issue with a sauce shortage, but management was super nice in how they handled it. Would definitely recommend this location!

So. This place has got the best of me, my pocket book, and my stomach. I have been there too many times to count and food as been horrible every time. Always need to make a special request . I got wings with no sauce the first week, second week I went back my wings didn’t have hardly any sauce on them once again. And spicy garlic wings are red. Not yellow. Anyhow they were hardly cooked. Couldn’t chew them what so ever had thrown 25/30 wings away. Complete waste. On my way home I had to stop at a station for emergency bathroom time. This is the photo of my nearly plain spicy garlic wings from week 1. No sauce even left behind in the container it was clean white. Upon calling manager she basically told me they have been getting cheaper /trickier chicken. Basically didn’t care and told me to have a nice day. This place is a joke. I would not go there seriously the wings always come out cold and naked basically it’s gross and this is coming from a guy whose favorite food is chicken wings.
