You have to remember this is a high-volume restaurant, especially during lunch and dinner. When there’s a large rush, it’s completely normal for fast-casual spots like this to have a bit of food debris in the prep or serving areas while the staff is actively working through a long line. That doesn’t mean it’s dirty — it means they’re busy.
From what I’ve seen, the team does a great job keeping up with the demand, and they clean things up quickly once the rush slows down. The food is fresh, portions are solid, and the staff keeps things moving efficiently.
Overall, this location does a great job handling extremely high traffic while still delivering quality food and service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I’m writing because what I witnessed today at this location was absolutely unacceptable. One of the male employees who had dreads and was rather heavyset was speaking shockingly rude and aggressively to a female worker. Loud enough for the entire establishment to hear. He told her to “go to the back” and threatened to send her home if she didn’t, in a tone that was condescending, humiliating, and downright gross and stopped her in the middle of serving us.
Let me be very clear: no man should ever speak to a woman like that, especially not in a workplace, especially not in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable and upsetting to see. And honestly should’ve been embarrassing for him. The fact that he felt comfortable talking to her that way in public says a lot about how unchecked his behavior must be behind the scenes.
I don’t know what kind of culture he thinks he’s a part of, but it’s definitely not something customers want to witness. Chipotle employees should feel safe, respected, and supported not bullied by a male coworker who clearly has no business supervising anyone.
I hope this is addressed immediately, because the behavior I saw today was beyond inappropriate and reflects terribly on the stores management and environment.
Thank you.
We ordered online for Take Out, 1) a Bowl with 2x chicken, 2x rice, and 2) a Burrito. After driving it home, discovered the Bowl was only half full… definitely not 2x. Burrito was the smallest ever had. Therefore, drove back in to present what we received for correction, but this was met with resistance. Management defended the portion size, really poor customer service. 2nd time around, the Burrito was sufficient, the Bowl was improved but still not 2x, and after requesting more rice they would not provide.
Chipotle food is great, BUT I would recommend not ordering online and would not order 2x. Be present to confirm you get what you paid for.
The staff seems very unorganized and some of them were visibly irritated.
They were actually out of cash in the drawer and my group and I watched them reach into their own pockets, touch money and then touch our food.
The food lacks flavor and it’s definitely not worth the $10-15 bowl.
Looking expecting me to order. No greeting, no nothing and they all look mad. So I begin to order and find out afterwards they have zero corn and zero cheese. Then I ask if they are giving discounts for not having these items well prior to them closing (over an hour) and the response is no. So they then begin speaking about how much the brand has made today as if it’s going in their pockets. You don’t own chipotle,
You just work there. So I left. Not ordering anything I don’t want. Corn is one thing but no cheese is wild. Falling off big time and I won’t be back.
The workers all seemed upset and stressed, as I witnessed their manager REPEATEDLY yell at and demean them regarding the amount of food being used on the line in front of customers.
These are conversations to have AFTER your busy lunch rush, not DURING, and IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS at that!
It was very unprofessional and left a bad perception and impression on me. Honestly I’ll probably take my business to QDoba up the street since the vibes at this Chipotle were bad.
Also the chips were stale. Get it together please.
