I live around here and have been coming to this location for years. It’s also located near my job so this is the closest fast food place I can go to on my lunch break. Every single time something poorly happens and I usually have to mentally prepare myself for it, like for example last month there was a really rude worker who would get really mad if I had to remind her to put sauce in my bag or that she gave me the wrong drink. No joke she would literally roll her eyes and say “OKAY BYE.”
This time around I was given the saltiest fries that was so bad the salt poured all over my car seats. To top it off to go with my severely salty fries, I had gotten a HI C drink that wasn’t even fully filled, clearly is extremely watered down, and I was in such a rush I couldn’t even ask for a different one, that and if you ask these people to fix the food you bought they get so livid, acting like it’s an inconvenience to get what you paid for. I’m serious I don’t think I’ve come across a nice worker once here. This mcdonald’s is so bad. I’ve waisted so much money here because I don’t think one time I have ever received anything right. My other coworkers and I all have an ongoing joke about this location because you have to basically have an understanding you most likely won’t get what you paid for and will have very rude service to go with it.
This place either needs to be shut down or needs new management. Too many people experience this here and you know it’s bad when this place has become a joke to all of the locals.

I got in the drivethru line on 10/13/25 at 1:35 PM. I ordered a simple 10 piece meal. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. They had me sit in front of the 2nd window for 10 minutes before telling me to pull around. I said I needed the food quickly since I had to go to work, but I still had another 10 minutes to wait so I did. 15 minutes later, I’m inside the McDonald’s trying to get anyone’s attention so I can get my food and leave. Every single employee ignored me, and I left without food. I was 5 mins late to work and still starving despite paying inflated prices for food and service that never came.
In conclusion, this McDonald’s made me late for work, and I didn’t even get my food. Don’t recommend this to anyone unless you want to leave hungry and late for your obligations.
You best believe I’m charging that back. Hope your location closes!

5 dollar mcflurry was 2/3 just vanilla. Yall have cheaped out and got rid of the spoons that attached to the machine and actually mixed it thoroughly. Hope all fast food goes under. Yall deserve it

Just like all the other reviews say, this is the worst mcdonalds in colorado. Go to the one of C470 and wadsworth where its much quicker and the staff are 10 times more friendly. Whoever took my order was insanely rude and it isnt the first time its happened. Im not one to gaf about if fast food workers are mean to me but it’s every single time I come here. I regret going every time.

One of the worst McDonald’s I have been to. My order is regularly wrong. Also every time I come to the drive through they ask me to wait in the drive through pickup line. One time for a chicken sandwich they made me wait 20 min and told me that’s just how long it takes. If you go inside no one acknowledges you. The staff don’t show up to do their jobs here. This is coming from someone who used to work in food. I am currently waiting for my food as I write this review. It has been a good 10 minutes wait for 2 items now.

Food and service was great as it always is. I was given a sample of the mocha latte (I think) either way it was coffee and it was delicious so much better than the one I get at the big name coffee shop. I will for sure start getting that when I do pick up breakfast

I live in this area, so would go for convenience. Always cold food, poorly made. I finally decided to not waste my money anymore. After 8 months, decided to try again. Nothing has changed. Fries cold, chicken nuggets cold and tasted stale, and double cheeseburger hot, only because I ordered without onions, but thrown together terribly; cheese half on, so much mustard and ketchup the wrapper was soaked. Place is a joke! I’ll never try again at this location. Very sad, because a good’ol McDonalds burger was always something to look forward to even if not the healthiest choice. McDonald’s Corp needs to do a complete overhaul with this location’s management!!!

For as long as it took (15 minutes to get a mobile order) I expected the food to be fresh. It tasted old and stale and they left out out one of our sandwiches. They had 3 people standing by the window when I finally got up there and not 1 have any greeting, the only acknowledgement I got was the guy handing me the bag with the blank stare on his face.

Between this McDonald’s and the one on Kipling and Belleview save your time and money and choose a different fast food option or opt to go to the one on Wadsworth and Chatfield. Neither of these stores can manage to get an order right let alone in a timely manor. Not to mention when you do get your food it’s slopped together. Neither of these stores will ever see another penny from me, I think I will just boycott McDonalds for good.
