Wonderful family owned cafe to grab a delicious breakfast. Friendly service and quick delivery of our to-go order. Reminds me a lot like Vida Cafe for high customer service with charming atmosphere. Cinnamon rolls are amazing!

We had a delicious breakfast here- I observed the portions of several dishes being served- all were more than ample! We split the house special which was chicken fried steak (perfectly crunchy outside, nicely seasoned, tender inside without fatty/bristle bites), biscuits and gravy (my boyfriend thought the biscuit was dry- I did not and I am the one who judges a place by its biscuits and gravy) and eggs (we had them scrambled). We also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes- absolutely perfect which is, in my experience a rare thing indeed (I eat breakfast out ALOT). The red potatoes were perfectly boiled and then fried then seasoned and they had a perfect bite as you bit in – not mushy and over-boiled. I cannot rave enough about whoever is doing the cooking here! I am sad that it will be some time before I can make it back to try another dish!
The building doesn’t look like much feom the outside, but inside it is warm and welcoming. We were seated upstairs and I was so happy they had us wait until a table was ready (there was an awkward little seat for 2 available when we walked in). It was cute and homey upstairs just very nice

I absolutely love Eggs Benedict. Adding tomato and avocado makes it 10x better … but then add crab? Ugh. SO GOOD. A little on the spendy side though to be honest. I would struggle to spend that on a dinner, let alone a breakfast. But it was a special weekend away so I splurged. I didn’t get a ton of crab, so I’m still not sure it was worth it money wise. I wish the English muffin was toasted more so it held up a little longer under the sauce. The potatoes were very much standard fried potatoes. I didn’t even eat them. I didn’t have room for it all, so choices had to be made. I wasn’t leaving crab behind on something that costs that much.
The coffee was pretty good too, and we loved our waitress. The place is super small. Expect to sit right next to people you don’t know, almost sharing a table, as everything is very much smashed together. All in all it was a good breakfast, but only go if you plan on spending some dough. And don’t have social anxiety.

I’m unsure what all the positive reviews are about. We stopped here for breakfast, the service was quick but not very friendly / courteous. I got the cinnamon roll: below average IMO. It was totally drowned in icing. My wife got regular french toast which looked great. We were seated literally 1 ft from the cast iron stove under the stairs which was cranked out to ludicrous hot. If I had a choice between this place and McDonalds, I’d be munching an egg mcmuffin

Bacon was greasy, but fabulous taste! $8 for a small orange juice was a bit high, but very good. Potatoes were underwhelming. Not too bad overall, but has potential for better with a bit of seasoning.

An expected find , on a Monday at noon . A relaxing environment, I’m sure on the weekends there will be lines out the door. Chorizo omelette was wonderful and the Popeye omelette was delicious. They’re willing to substitute anything for your needs.
The service was tidy & polite . A snuggled spot for small parties . 4 or less.

The food was delicious and the serving size was fair for the price. The drinks never went empty! Only complaint is the checkout process wasn’t made clear and the check never made it to the table. We would come back again!

Delicious eggs Benedict. Nice little out-of-the way historic place along Highway 101. A little on the spendy side, but good quality food and honestly, everywhere around here is expensive. I thought $8 was a bit much for orange juice but it may have been fresh squeezed? Staff was friendly and polite. I enjoyed the singing coming from the kitchen! I love it when people are happy in their work 🙂

Ordered late breakfast around noon for takeout. I ordered the omelette with toast. They even substituted my potatoes with a pancake! The pancake was very good. The omelette was decent, a bit oily and the veggies were a bit burnt.

My wife got the French toast which she said was good too.

Such a tasty and fun place to eat! A bit loud, but that’s because everyone wants to be here. We got to sit up in the crows nest, my kids loved it! We got the most popular gravy & biscuits, best we’ve ever had.
