First Sonic I’ve ever been to that didnt know how to makena cream slush. Its made with ICE CREAM, not the cream they put in dirty sodas, which is gross. First time it happened I asked for it to be made correctly and they brought out the exact same drink. This time I’m just never ordering it here again.

We placed our order, specifying that it was two parts. The girl taking our order asked for the first part: it was 2 ice creams We paid. She never asked for the second part. We pressed the button to give the second part. No one answered. We pressed it again. No one answered. 10 minutes later, a waitress wandered slowly to our car with the first order. We told her that we had another. She told us we needed to press the button again. We said that we did. She said they were really busy. We asked if we could order now. She said she’d have to go back inside to place it. Below is a picture of the ice cream from our first order. It isn’t mixed. Looks like someone just dropped in a handful of toppings without mixing it.

The manager on Thursday at like 3 was completely rude I came in asking for the mayo I ordered for and she rudely was like “I dont have any” without even bothering to look. The girl runner was very on point around that time but the gm needs to correct her attitude

It got one star cause I couldn’t give zero…first went through the drive through which only had one car ahead and when it was my turn the lady then told me I had to hold on for a minute which turned in to almost 10 minutes at the drive-thru waiting and at one point I actually thought they forgot me. She finally came back on and took my order and all I ordered was a large onion ring and a sweet tea to which she told me they were out of ranch I said it was okay when I finish ordering I pulled up it took another 6 minutes to get my food and when I opened the bag the onion rings were so soggy with grease and cold I would demand for corporate and make it right but I don’t ever think I’ll visit that location again.
