Clients: 2 Adults 1 Child
Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada.
Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men’s bathroom was also extremely clean.
Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I’d be proud of the team from this night!
Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful!
Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals!
Summary: We’d give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could!

We received a mailer for talk of the town and wanted to try Taco Casa for the first time.
Cashier tried to help however the manager onsite and the manager they called could not figure out the coupon.
People in line were rude, the manager kept walking away and yelled at the cashier “can’t you see I am working the drive through”.
Beyond rude, if this is how they operate I would not go back and not suggest anyone else go there.

I was in the area looking for somewhere to eat. I saw Taco Casa, I decided to try them out. The food was delicious and the prices were very affordable. I ordered a burrito, two tacos, one soft taco and a drink for under $10. Customer service was good. I would definitely recommend Taco Casa or anyone looking for great Mexican food.

Good tacos friendly staff. We stopped in on our drive from Dallas got 8 tacos 2 where supposed to be supreme (with sour cream) but they where regular.but still tasted good.

Customer service was very nice but on the other hand the food was very low quality and disgusting. ants are in the soda fountain I didn’t realize until I was half way through with my drink. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Quality was okay. Portion size was fine. Flavor was okay. But how are you out of taco sauce. I bet your competition doesnt run out. Not sure worth a return. Service at drive thru wasnt all that friendly either.

They really gave me a cheese burrito because where is the beans??? It’s like they put beans on a spoon and rubbed the back of the spoon on the tortilla to say they put beans. Then threw in a handful of cheese to make it look full. Trash! This location must be going downhill because they used to be one of the better ones. I’m not paying $3 for a tortilla and cheese.
