My burrito bowls are always filled to the brim and the food is delicious. Service is friendly and quick to hand me my order. I’ve accidentally placed an order for the wrong time but the manager graciously fixed that after I called.

Just a heads up this location is charging an extra 6.00 for Extra Barbacoa where as all other stores in the springs is charging 3.95. Mgr said all locations is supposed to to be at 6.00 as of Nov 12th. Other locations are not as I write this. Extra meat pricing is not even posted anymore. I get the same meal 2-3 times a week from chipotle and this was my first visit to this location. But due to this location I will be taking a break again and may even stop giving money to Chipotle moving forward. Yes mgr did issue refund but she was not very nice about it.

There is a young, tan-skinned woman with slanted eyes. She prepares food at work. Every time she comes, she frowns at me and makes strange hand and body gestures. From what I see, the employer has spoiled her a lot. I don’t have any personal issue with her.

Ordered pick-up and the app said “order ready” went in after 5 minutes just in case there was a delay. Our food was not on the pick-up area so I waited by the cashier to ask. Waited about 10 minutes and while the cashier can clearly see me – she kept ignoring me, I asked if we have to get in line for pick-ups and she told me “no” on a very rude manner. Waited another couple mins then she asked what was the name on the order and gave me the bag. I checked and it was missing the chimichurri sauce I went back to the cashier and she is ignoring me again. I went to the line since it it was shorter hoping the server can just grab the sauce quicker, I explained I was missing an item and she told me that I have to talk to the cashier instead of just grabbing one behind her. Another server heard it and just handed me the item.

The place was pretty busy when I first arrived at the restaurant. The line stretched to the door like a good Chipotle always had in the past. It took a out 10 minutes of a wait before I was able to order, which is about the norm for this place everywhere. The staff were friendly and attentive and assembled my food quickly. I ordered two burrito bowls and they were delicious. If you’re ordering them to go I’d recommend getting the cheese and sour cream on the side and sticking your meal in the oven when you get home, it’ll make it twenty times tastier!

We wanted to support our local school by visiting Chipotle for some good eats. I ordered a chicken burrito and my wife had a steak bowl. They prepared it in front of us. It was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and expedient. We would return again.

Felt really bad for placing an online order 30 minutes before close, but I get off work late. They were so nice to me and didn’t make me feel bad for placing an order so close to their closing time. The food was great and the employees working were very accommodating.

Unfriendly, unknowledgable staff. Food wasn’t fresh..steak was tough, dry, every ingredient tasted old, esp the expensive queso..was chunky and gross. Pico tasted funky and grilled onions and peppers were not right either. Highly expensive..sure would like a refund.
