Yeah, baby! I just switched jobs (a while ago!), and I’ve been seeing Taco Bell ads on TV, so I stopped in today. Great, great, great. Good food, good service, and a good place to spend some time eating lunch. I have to get back here sooner, next time!

Been coming here for a few years now but today they messed up really bad. THEY PUT CHICKEN IN A VEGGIE BOWL! I literally made the custom changes in the app to be extra lettuce and extra cabbage. But, for some reason, they added chicken! To a veggie bowl! CHECK YOUR FOOD CONTENTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Questionable to come back here again. Beware! Reported to Taco Bell app for order issue

WTH is this? Ordered a crunchwrap and double beef and cheese burrito. No meat in the crunchwrap and no meat in the DOUBLE meat and NO cheese in the DOUBLE MEAT and CHEESE burrito. Double rice absolutely !!. Tried calling, no answer. I’m going in tomorrow, if they don’t fix it, I’m calling the credit card company and reversing charges because they did not give me what I payed for. I suggest everyone start doing that. Make it right, or don’t get paid.

My food was inedible. They give you rotten/ expired food. My taco shell was stale and mold on the sides. The tomatoes were spoiled, stinky and mushy! Very bad smell to it. The lettuce was not even fresh it was BLACK. the employees here do not care! the woman there did not help me. She acted as it was my fault. Do not go here. Save your money and go to a different Taco Bell who knows how to serve food that’s fresh and eatable to customers. Lady refused to refund me too.

I visited Taco Bell and received cold nacho fries, which was really disappointing. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, they reacted as if it was my fault but after that they gave us hot, I expect better customer service and fresh food, especially when I’m paying for it. Definitely not a good experience this time.
