Went here with a group of 5 guys on a Friday night at 6. We were seated pretty quickly. The wait staff was attentive. We got our food quickly. I ordered the Fogon Fajita. There was a lot of food and it was very good. A nice touch to have cheese and pineapple on top of the fajita.

I enjoy visiting El Fogon in Green. The atmosphere is a nice place to bring a friend or take your family out for lunch or dinner. The staff is very nice and attentive. The restaurant is very clean and that’s important. I use to go to El Rincoln and was very displeased when I felt cleanliness was not their priority. This is only Mexican Restaurant I normally come on a regular basis. The food is always in a timely manner. It’s fresh and well displayed. The hot plate is sizzling when it’s on your table. Presentation is perfect. If you haven’t tried this place then there is no reason you shouldn’t. The prices are very reasonable and the quality and quantity you can’t complain.

Absolutely love this place! The Armando Special with steak instead of chicken is fantastic.
My only complaint is the women’s bathrooms on the right side of the building have no locks on either door. Luckily one of them you can reach the door with your foot to hold it closed but the other one is too large of a stall. I definitely think this problem should be addressed!

I went for the first time to try a new Mexican joint out. I shouldn’t have bothered, the food here was bland, dry and flavorless.
Not to mention the restroom was nasty, and fruit flies were all around my table.
Zero stars, don’t waste your time.

I Love, Love, Love this place! We moved here from TN 2 years ago, we had a favorite mexican restrictions that we not only went to often but it became a place for any celebration or gathering, it was like an extention of home. We tried every mexican restaurant around for that feeling and taste of home. The 1st time we walked in, it felt right. The salsa, chips and cheese dip was the next test that it passed, then we ordered food… fantastic! The margaritas were the next try and they passed with flying colors. The only thing they didn’t have was these unique fried jalapenos that we loved from back home (but to be fair, no restraunt anywhere does then right). When I told our waiter how they are made, he put the request in to the cook and with a few little adjustments they had them mastered perfectly!!! I found our new mexican restraunt home!!!

Pur waitress didn’t talk to much to us. It was more like do the very least to serve at our table. 3 of us got margaritas, and they hardly had any flavor or alcohol. They basically tasted very watered down. The food came out semi quick. Rice wasn’t too bad, steak was a little over cooked, the chips and salsa weren’t bad, just took awhile to come out. All in all, I would say this place a a few points below average. Not horrible, but could be better.

Very good. Great salsa, chips, and cheese. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Quesadillas are very good. Sometimes wait to see the server again for refills and such. Have to specify steak as chopped, else you may get ground beef. That happened to me over. The recent server clarified. They refer to ground beef a ground steak.

So, I gave two stars because the wife enjoyed her entree, but the one we got for my daughter was bad, and the worse for me was even worse.
Ordered the chicken quesadilla for the daughter, and the chicken was so tough/overcooked it was hard to eat.
I got the tacos Mexicano, and it was literally 3 flour tortillas, with a huge pile of unseasoned, tough meat. Ive had it other places, and it’s had onions, cilantro, line, radish, cucumber, etc. This literally was it. Came with a side of rice, and beans.
This place used to be fantastic, no clue what happened.

Honestly awful. Margarita I got was so gross & then a hair in my nieces food. We told the waitress very respectfully and he literally ripped the check in front of us and said “it’s good” and just walked away. They did take the food off our check, but super rude. Diabolical
