We walked in and were instantly welcomed, with everything explained to us about how the process works. You don’t find that much nowadays, since most people in customer-facing jobs are just there to work rather than create an experience. Our cashier truly made the visit enjoyable.
The bowls were pretty good overall, though I’d probably try a different combination next time. I do wish they offered a few plain base flavors instead of only the more extravagant ones.
There was no music or TV playing, so the atmosphere felt a bit off. I’m not used to being able to hear conversations from across the room.
All in all, I’d say give this place a try, but take your time deciding what flavors will work best for your taste.

My daughter and I went together for the first time recently and didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant is spotless and very bright and cheerful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the friendly staff worker waited patiently while we looked over the menu to decide what we wanted. The bowls were prepared fresh right in front of us and they were delicious! They are a bit expensive, but what isn’t right now, it was about $30 with a tip for the two of us. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. We’re already planning our next visit. ☺️

It was pretty decent. Inside was nice. The price of these smoothies I’m so unsure,but the taste of the drink was good. Service could been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Would I give this place another chance? Yes, I would due to the fact I came in at 6 something at night. Probably will try it one day in the morning time.

Another good spot to choose if looking for Acai and fruit bowls or smoothies. Have a menu of options or build your own,which we did. Fruit was very fresh and plentiful, acai and granola were also plentiful. This was a mid morning breakfast amd we weren’t hungry again until late night. Service was fast and nice seating inside. Will be returning.

I was so excited to go in and get a refreshing smoothie especially with these heat waves. i walk in and it’s hotter in there than it is outside. the workers (who i’m almost positive were minors) were literally pouring sweat. the service was amazing. they were very nice considering it was a sauna in there. but I was surprised that such a nice business would put their workers through that.

I was looking for a nice acia bowl spot and when I looked up from my phone I saw cocobowlz.
I was excited, this would mark my second acia bowl place. Now, I had high expectations and to say they were met would not be true, I had really high expectations. The protein powder was ok. The banana was subpar. However, the peanut butter was tasty, and the granola was very good. The workers are extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. They work with you well to make your order in a comfortable manner, and the bowls are made fast. Overall this place = a 4 out of 5 stars, considering the excellent customer service.

First time ordering, I did on the website. SO easy to find the location I needed and to read the different selections they have. Ive never had a “coco bowl” before so I tried a random one. IT was so good! fruit was fresh, the coconut base was really good and I loved my peanutbutter and banana smoothie! also, the food is very filling! will definitely order from them again in the future!

I’ve always loved Cocoa Bowls, but after moving from Greenville to Spartanburg, my experience at this location was disappointing. I paid $13 for a granola and fruit bowl with minimal açai base, unlike any smoothie bowl I’ve had before. Comparatively, Smoothie King offers a similar price, yet provides a more generous portion of the smoothie base with equal amounts of fruit. Despite my loyalty to Cocoa Bowls, this experience has left me considering alternatives like Smoothie King.
