I normally would not give such a poor review except it has been so long since I visited a BWW that I felt this review was justified.
Was disappointed in the service. Travelling through to AZ and stopped at the local hotel walking distance to the BWW on Coors Rd.
The service was poor. The bar tender was more interesting in washing dishes and cutting fruit than taking care of the customer. There were large time lapses between checking in on customers, not just me.
The bathroom had no hand paper in the dispenser paper all over the floor, and the urinal looked “gross” in the men’s room.
I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon to BWW.
The wings were good and the salad. The other thing they have like 50 large screen tvs and multiple tvs have the same damn thing on! On a Saturday there is like a million different sports on not just basketball. I had to request NHL which they did. But come on. Like could the manager make sure tvs have multiple game on? When I first came in four TVs all had the same event on, from my vantage point.
Respectfully a customer.

well, tried buffalo wild wings for take out tonight and very sad meal. First should’ve gotten the hint of how slow it was but I already ordered online, actually on accident as the wife wanted wingstop and I for some reason went to the bww site instead. anyhow, ordered a 15 boneless wing deal with fries with 3 different flavors, wild, mango habenero and the new golden fire sauce, a 10 boneless deal with fries with mild sauce for the wife as she doesnt like hot and 6 lemon pepper boneless wings for my daughter. they did throw in 5 chicken strips for ordering iver $20 worth. when I brought it home which I live less than 10 minutes away the wings were cold the fries were cold and seemed like they been sitting for quite awhile. to top it off the box that said mild was definitely not mild my wife took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore I tasted it and confirmed they were hotter than all my flavors. not sure what flavor it was but definitely not mild. luckily they threw in the chicken strips not flavored so she ate a few of those. but none of us were able to finish what we had. lesson learned.

we’ve ordered online twice in our entire life’s, HORRIBLE, the first time we ordered i requested honey bbq wings with fries and ranch, i get home and take a bite. THE WINGS FLAVOR IS ONE OF THE SPICIEST FLAVORS ON THE MENU, we went and fixed the order, today we ordered again online and got kid meals with ranch, the food gets here we are very excited and we open up our meals to NO ranch and the sides are misplaced with the meals. HORRIBLE experience do not get food from this buffalo instead go all the way across town to get a decent experience.

The waitress took our order and then never saw us again until the bill was needed. The hostess brought the food and was kind enough to bring drink refills because our waitress ignored us.
I didn’t want to tip because the only thing the waitress did was take our order and take the check… But I did give her 10%
I have the hostess a 15% tip on the way out.

Emily the server not only was she rude but she looked high off weed as she proceeds to snap at me and tell me that they aren’t supposed to seat anyone where we sat when the girl told us to sit anywhere. nobody acknowledged us for 10 minutes after sitting at a booth. I had to literally jump up and get her attention. And she wants to say to me word for word my husband was witness that “you’re not going to talk to me like that.” And proceeds to laugh in my face like it’s some joke to talk to somebody like that.
Rude as hell. Manager you are just as much part of the problem, saying she never does that yeah right she must put on a good front. He was no help besides offering to take care of us and free app even though I saw him walking around ignoring us also before I said anything. Honestly I see why your location is slow. Never again lol I’ll go to Wingstop before I go back to your location. Good work Emily 🙂 you were such a delight to deal with….. Not. Bahaha don’t ever tell me what im going to do hunny. Trust that.

Had a bad service experience last time, hoped it was only a one off, this time wasn’t much better. Ordered drinks and appetizer when we sat down as we had limited time. Food came out first, and two of the 5 drinks arrived as we had eaten half of the appetizers. Had to ask for remaining drinks. 40 minutes into our seating the server came back to ask of we wanted to order anything else. We said we were running out of time and wanted it check, which she provided and never came back after. Still never got the 5th drink we asked for…a glass of water ordered when we sat down. Went to the bar to pay, signed or check, and asked for a manager. We just wanted to let the manager know about the experience, weren’t looking for anything as we had already paid, and while he was chewing gum and looking annoyed, he simply said “ok” and walked away. Won’t be back as this level of service seems to be the norm and completely acceptable by ownership and management.

The disgusting aroma blowing out of the restaurant and into the parking lot was my first clue how far this establishment has fallen in terms of service and cleanliness. When I first stepped inside there was not a single employee in sight. Eventually one showed up at the bar and I had to get her attention to let her know I had an order scheduled for pickup between 5:40 and 5:50. I wouldn’t receive my order until 6:08 after having to talk to two more employees who gave me a “I’ll check on that” before disappearing. By that point there were three more customers trying to pick up their to-go orders that weren’t ready. One of my items was prepared incorrectly, which was an issue due to a food allergy.

Ive been to this location several times this was the last time. Placed an order for 83.00 worth of food and there was black hair in the food. Called the “manager” Brandon and not only was he rude but he needs to be trained on how to deal with customers who are the reason he gets a paycheck. He rushed me off the phone when I asked for a refund after being on hold for 10 mins. This was shortly after they opened so it couldn’t possibly have been that bad of a day for him unless he got other calls about the hairy food. Please avoid this location unless you like flossing your teeth while eating .
