The service was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and I had a lovely conversation with Maricruz. My friend and I received our orders quickly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. This location is a wonderful place to study, work, or just chat with a friend.

I try to be fair when I leave reviews, and I usually give food service teams the benefit of the doubt. I really like this new Panera drive-thru and have had some great visits. However, I’ve stopped by twice in the past two weeks around the same time, and both visits were disappointing.
I always order ahead and only pull into the drive-thru once I’m notified that my order is ready. On the first visit, I wasn’t acknowledged right away because the staff was talking and laughing together. It took about a minute, which wasn’t a big issue, and I don’t mind a friendly work environment.
The second visit was different. I waited about five minutes with no acknowledgement. The staff was dancing and chatting, and the team member at the window leaned on the ledge with her back to me several times. She even glanced at my car more than once, but no one greeted me, asked me to wait, or offered any help. My order had been ready the entire time.
I enjoy Panera’s food and want to keep coming back, but this level of service isn’t what I am use to.

Nice, clean restaurant. Came. For a light lunch. I received an offer of buy a sandwich, received a cup of soup for $1. So, I went for the new chicken salad sandwich with the autumn square soup & a hot chocolate. The cashier had a problem with the SOUP promotion so the manager resolved the problem! Good service. The sandwich & soup were delicious! The apples were a nice bonus, thank you.

Ordered via the app for delivery at 7:20am. Panera uses DoorDash for its deliveries! Driver was on his way for an on-time delivery when he apparently got lost! 7:45am called & only spoke in Spanish! He was totally confused! He seemed to be circling the neighborhood!At about 8:10am customer service from DoorDash called & she talked to the driver. At about 8:25am I finally received my food, missing my drink! The driver did not have the drink & said it was Panera’s fault.
I called DoorDash CS. They said it was Panera’s fault & I needed to call Panera CS to get a $5 refund on the drink. DoorDash CS did nothing. Forget the $5 & forget DoorDash! I’m never going to use them again!

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I waited over 20 minutes for a soup, which I could clearly see was ready, while two employees (a man and a woman wearing glasses) were laughing and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I felt offended by the lack of respect and professionalism, as it seemed like they didn’t care about providing good service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this level of disinterest and poor customer service is unacceptable. I truly hope management addresses this issue, because it leaves a very bad impression of the establishment.

Went to pickup my Drive Thru order and I was told they were still cooking the soufflé. Fine. But don’t send me on my way with some UNCOOKED, WATERY, egg soufflé!! This is unacceptable and a health hazard! If it wasn’t going to be ready in a few minutes, JUST TELL ME! Offer me a refund, a substitute, SOMETHING would’ve been better than UNCOOKED CRAP with the possibility of giving me SALMONELLA.

Overly priced for a small amount of food. I paid $7 for the smallest amount of Mac and cheese. I also got the world’s smallest baguette and salad to accompany it. For a total of $21.
Also, the employee kept calling me loudly by my full legal name (they got it from the app) multiple times in a 2 min encounter. It was strange and felt like an invasion of my privacy. It made me uncomfortable. Never had such experience at ANY food place.

This is the 2nd time I order online and when I pick up at the window they hand us over the wrong other. The 1st time I drove all the way home and when I unpacked I saw it was not what I ordered so I had to drive back. The 2nd time I sent my husband to pick it up and when he got home again the whole order was someone else’s. I called and all they said was I noticed when I gave your order to the other person, you can come and pick up your order. I dont understand how they get these mix ups when they are not even busy. IT’S VERY INCONVENIENT TO DRIVE HOME AND HAVE TO DRIVE BACK BECAUSE OF SOMEONE’S CARELESSNESS.

Tonight we had dinner here and everything was very yummy and at the right temperature. We had the French onion soup, creamy tomate soup and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The lemonades are all great too.
Melany was very nice and very helpful. Kudos to management for having Melany on the team. I also want to have a shout out to Lucas the manager for helping me resolve a payment issue I had. Kudos to Panera corporate management for having knowledgeable, nice and customer driven people like Lucas on the Panera Team.
We had a very good dining experience. The restaurant was spotless and very clean. I think that this is the most clean Panera I have ever gone in to.
Highly recommend this Panera.

Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 13 bagels, cream cheese, and a sandwich for pickup. I’ve bought bagels from countless places, but this is the only place that just threw 13 bagels into a shopping bag.
There was no plastic bag, no bagel box—just a shopping bag with 13 bagels dumped in along with the sandwich and cream cheese. I was really disappointed. It felt like they were treating my order like trash.
This is something that needs to be improved. If this is how they always package their orders, I will never return to the Hialeah location on 183rd Street.
