I’m traveling for work and stopped here for 2 consecutive mornings despite the hotel offering its own breakfast. I sat at the bar which had plenty of room. The staff were both warm, friendly, and attentive.
The food was delivered quickly and was better than what I’d expected for a diner-style restaurant. They were also accommodating to substitutions which was nice.
Very reasonable prices
Atmosphere was that of a relaxed hometown restaurant where the locals gather, which I enjoyed. Also the early opening hours were convenient.
Recommend.

Great local restaurant with multiple locations all with great hospitality and food. This location has counter, booth and table options for parties of 4 or less as well as a few outdoor tables on the patio. All the usual breakfast selections including crepes. Went with the mexican omelette with multigrain nutty fruit pancakes to satisfy both sweet and savory cravings.

From the food to the communication from staff everything was warm and considerate. The moment I walked in I was helped and kept constant communication. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The Mexican Skillet was obviously cared for in it’s crafting. As a chef of many years I can tell when someone knows and loves their dish. The Chorizo and green chili blended beautifully. I recieved a perfectly cooked over medium egg and warmed tortillas. I was incredibly hungry and if I’m being honest I almost tilted the skillet to drink the chili once all the chunky bits were finished. But the portion size was great and left me warmed and ready for the day. Thank you all so much.

Another good place for breakfast and lunch in Colorado Springs. Consistently great food and service. It gets a little busy on weekends and can be noisy when there’s a lot of people (restaurant interior is mostly hard surfaces with little sound absorption) but you can still talk to everyone at your table without yelling. On this visit my wife had the Pancake Combo w/sausage and I had the Meat Lover’s Omelet w/a side of bacon. We also split a bowl of green chili. Servers are friendly and fast, and the food arrives hot and fresh. We definitely recommend!

Food was really good, and felt like homemade comfort food. The service was nothing to brag about, but we were a low maintenance table, so I cant base that on much. The atmosphere could use an update, it feels similar to a Dennys vibe.. but all in all, its a decent experience and worth a try for a quick bite.

Comfortable affordable place to eat breakfast and a little lunch. They have an excellent selection of all things breakfast, I ordered the Western Omelet with 2 buttermilk pancakes that were small. The western omelet came with hash browns as well. It was delicious. Only minor complaint would be the pancakes could have come out a little hotter.
Otherwise great affordable breakfast at $18 total including tip. Minus $3 for drink and you have better than fast food pricing, get water and save. Came out fast. Seats are padded. Relatively quiet atmosphere. Tables are a little close together though, slight downside if very busy. They also have outside seating although it’s not beautiful.

I stopped by Omelette’s ETC and had a great experience. The food was really good—I ordered the waffle and the combo, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and efficient, even though the place was packed. It’s clearly a popular spot, and for good reason. Despite the crowd, the staff handled everything smoothly. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a solid, satisfying breakfast.

Breakfast Done Right: A Visit to Omelets Etc.
As someone with a low tolerance for mistreated eggs, I approached Omelets Etc. with cautious optimism and left thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Meat Lover’s Omelette with an added kick of green chili strips. What arrived was a breakfast masterpiece: a perfectly folded, soft, and fluffy omelet, brimming with bacon, ham, sausage, green peppers, and those green chili strips, all tucked beneath a fine dusting of shredded cheddar. It was massive, not just in size but in satisfaction.
The plate came loaded with crispy hash browns and two golden pancakes (toast is an option if you prefer), making this meal nothing short of a breakfast feast. My companions tried the fajita omelette and eggs benedict, both earning high praise and clean plates.
We arrived just after 9:00 AM to find the place buzzing, nearly every table was full, but we were seated quickly and the service didn’t skip a beat. A bonus in my book: their generously sized soda cups. My only critique? Spring for longer straws that match that large cup energy.
If you’re serious about breakfast and appreciate eggs cooked with respect, Omelets Etc. delivers in all the right ways.

Great breakfast spot at a very reasonable price! Came from Oklahoma, where grabbing breakfast at a local diner after church was a weekly tradition. This place feels like a perfect replacement for what I left behind — warm ambiance, delicious food, and fair prices. It does get busy, but that just reflects the quality. Also appreciate they provide military discount. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience here! While we were hesitant based on the amount of people waiting, we were able to get a table in less than 10 minutes! The food came out wicked fast and was delicious! Highly recommend the Mexican Skillet and the Crepes! Great portions, great service, great green chili, just a bit busy and noisy. Definitely coming back!
