I stopped by here for a solo business lunch. I seated myself and was promptly addressed by my server. I got the 10-boneless wing lunch special, which is always a great value. The chicken was good, but the fries were old, lukewarm, and not very good. My server took good care of me.
There is a high/low booth and bar seating, a full bar, and WiFi, but you must ask for the password. The bathrooms are clean, but the entry doors are filthy. I’ve been to other BW3s with cleaner and fresher food, but I appreciate the excellent service.

I really wanted to like this place, but after two experiences I can’t recommend it.
This time we were seated and waited over 20 minutes without a single server coming to the table. No greeting, no drinks, nothing. We eventually had to get up and find the manager ourselves. Unfortunately, she seemed completely uninterested and made no real effort to fix the situation.
The frustrating part is this was actually our second attempt. A few months ago we ordered takeout and the food was so overcooked and fried that it was practically inedible. I honestly tried to eat it. When we contacted management then, we were told they were having “issues with the oil.”
Between the terrible service this visit and the inedible food the last time, it really makes you question what’s going on behind the scenes here.
After giving them two chances, and them missing the mark so badly I have genuine concern for the food safety at this location..

No seasoning cold food ordered 10 wings got 6. pink chicken tiny chicken pieces. my waitress never asked us if we needed anything. we asked for a box 10 mins later we got it. food took so long to come out. By the time we got the box all we wanted to do is leave. Please don’t come here.

Ordered appetizers and they came relatively fast but we were almost done eating them before the waitress came back and took our order for our main meal. The restaurant wasn’t that busy but yet we waited 45 more minutes for our chicken wings to come out. The waitress and the manager came over a couple different times and assured us it would only be a few more minutes. The waitress was on point with the drinks and making sure we were ready for another. We had an eight person party. They got us a table to fit as soon as one was available. And the food was amazing. I’ve ate at many B-Dubs but this by far is my favorite. Thanks for making an amazing plate of food. I got to try a bunch of different wings and other food. Everything was top notch. Our service was excellent and will be back again.

Good but the appetizer came out after the main food so kind of defeated the purpose.
Went there again a couple times recently and it was much better the last few times. Still not the fastest service but everything came out correctly and was hot and fresh and the servers were very polite. My baby loves when we go here because he’s just enthralled by all the TVs and loves to try to sneak adult food when he thinks we’re not looking.

The food is pretty tasty. We’ve tried the boneless wings, they had a good coating and were hot. The All American burger was a little over cooked but still enjoyable. The triple smash cheeseburger was filling and cheesy. The mushroom burger was delicious and juicy.
The service was just ok. Had trouble getting anyone’s attention when needed drink refills. And they sat us right next to the claw games. I didn’t think much of it. Places have these but I’ve never seen anyone playing them. This night though a mother and her 4 very young children decided they all need to be pawing all over them. No money to play and just running around. Just as our food arrived. We did ask to move tables. This is a place with families, little children.
It is a little loud with the over head music. There are MANY TVs on an assortment of sports. On screen trivia and lottery games. Fun.
They have a good deals and the fries are hot!! Very important. The cookie dessert is mouthwatering.

I quit coming here almost two years ago. The service has always been complete trash. My wife and I decided to try it again. In hope they had better than sub par servers. Think again, the most simple thing ever was jacked up to say the least. Order three ice waters WITH LEMON. Server brings water with not one lemon. I refrained from mentioning anything to her. 10 minutes later she brings one slice of lemon in a napkin. So of course it’s covered in paper fibers. Never again.

Saturday, 12/15/2025, 6:30pm — The only reason I’m writing this review is because of the way the girl (hostess) that’s greeting people at the door is “welcoming” patrons (including me and my son) as we come in. She’s not saying hello, she’s not saying “welcome to B-Dubs”, she’s not smiling, she’s not even asking how many in the party… no, the VERY first thing she says is “we’re at a 25 minute wait.” That’s it. Nothing else. Clearly she’s hoping it discourages people from wanting to dine-in. Clearly hates her job. Not welcoming. — I haven’t been to B-Dubs in a few years and regardless if the food and waitstaff are outstanding tonight, she spoiled it from the second we walked in. — The other guests who chose to wait along with us are discussing this same thing without me saying anything to them. The girl even told one group they would be required to stay in the lobby (as opposed to sitting in their car) where there is only seating for 3-4 people if they decide to wait. — Tell me why I wanna come back to a restaurant when the first thing I’m made to feel is like you don’t want me here. – Yes, I had the time to write this because I chose to wait. I give this hostess ZERO stars.

This BWW is by far the best we have been to. The staff is always nice and well informed. Our waitress Jamie, was on top of everything, drink refills, making sure our order was correct and basic chit chat. We will definitely be back!
