If you are looking for a place to enjoy chicken wings, this is the right spot. They offer wings with great seasoning and a wide variety of sauces, which makes the experience even better. Today we want to highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Andrés at the cashier. He was very kind and patient when taking our order, making the visit much more pleasant. In addition, the new self-service machines have made the process faster, so now you get your food more quickly while still enjoying personal and attentive service.

It took like 25 mins to get our food which isn’t too bad in it of itself except that when me and my wife got home my chicken sandwich had some bites taken on it. What’s up with that. Obviously the picture doesn’t prove who took the bite but just imagine taking out the sandwich and seeing this.

During our stay at Best Western Plus Mansfield, we stopped by Popeyes, which was conveniently located in the same block. We got French fries and biscuits, and both were fresh and delicious. The food was just what we needed for a quick and satisfying snack.

The service was fast and efficient, and the location was clean and well-maintained. If you’re in the area and craving some classic Popeyes flavors, this spot is a great option!

Extremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered for delivery specifically because the app/site stated the lobby was open at 4 PM for pickup. Instead, my driver was forced into a 30-minute drive-thru line. When the driver tried to clarify the lobby policy with management, they were met with a complete attitude from a female staff member. Please fix your lobby hours.

The food at other Popeyes is better prepared. It’s normal for fast food to have a bunch of kid employees but these kids are on their phones while you’ve been waiting over 20min for your food on a day that was not at all busy. Just do better Popeyes

This experience at this location was like no other. On October 24th, at 12:51pm (check no. 3288) I stopped through the drive thru. I ordered a $6 Big Box (thigh and leg) Spicy with mashed potatoes as well as red beans and rice. In addition, I also ordered a spicy breast along with two spicy legs. The employee that took my order, Sandra, seemed to have a bit of an attitude and rushing me through the order process.

I arrived at the window to pay for my order, received the Big Box, and an incorrect order of two spicy breasts, in which I informed Sandra it was incorrect and informed her that the order was wrong and missing two spicy legs. Her attitude further escalated as she rudely told me that’s not what I ordered, which is confusing considering I was the one to place the order.

She then told me instead of replacing the breast with the two legs I requested, that I would have to pay additional for the two legs, as she continuously told me that’s not what I ordered. From there, she falsely implied that I was trying to get free food after I agreed to pay the additional cost for what I originally ordered and gave her back the second breast (which I’m not sure if that is proper health protocol considering she could have easily sold it to the next customer)

I then mentioned to her that I would be reaching out to management at the location, which after several attempts I unable to get a response. When I told her I would reach out, she proceeded to tell me “ok, that’s fine. I don’t care”.

Not sure if this is how you train your employees at this location, but this was not a proper representation of “good customer service”. I will be reaching out again to the general manager of this location, but I did want to inform people as well as management that being accused of trying to get free food and being talked to in a condescending manner was very disrespectful and others should take note the next time they visit and deal with Sandra.

Doors tied shut with plastic bags, can’t go inside, and a line around the building. Clearly an owner that doesn’t want to pay staff enough to remain fully staffed. Hard working women working the drive through, (she hustled to get my order)kudos to her! Dried small “strips” are what I got. I ordered online and planned to just run in and grab my order to avoid the drive through, but obviously that didn’t happen. I was in a hurry and hungry so I thought that would be the fastest. The line wasn’t super slow considering the amount of cars in cue, but it certainly wasn’t quick either. Avoid, especially if in a hurry or wanting to dine in or like fresh food

Having a party today, chicken pre-ordered at 530am to be ready and picked up by 1030am – pre web site that was a reasonable time for pick-up. My driver got there at 10:30 and they have not even turned on the grease they said. Will be at least 30to 40 minutes before they can even Cook the food.- I need either a discount or a refund

We had weird black stuff in our sprites , it looked like some of it was frozen into the ice and some was just floating around. We went through the drive thru and didn’t notice until we got home. I tried calling the location but no one answered. It grossed us out so much we ended up not eating or drinking any of it: can I get a manager to contact me please so I can get a refund.

Last two times I came here they were all out of chicken and sides and only had dessert. This time the chicken sandwiches had a chicken nugget for the patty and tasted old. Go to the Popeyes on Debbie.
