Ordered via the app and picked up in drive through. Wait was insanely long, and none of the food is edible. Stale, greasy, and poorly made. Extra points for filling my cheese cup with the least amount of cheese humanly possible. Had to place another order for delivery from another Taco Bell. Avoid this location at all costs!

You need to know how exceptional this store and crew is. I pick up several mobile orders at a time weekly and Jeanetta is an exception and asset to your company. I noticed she’s one of the many faces that I’ve seen there for a few years that I have been going to this location, there is no other Taco Bell within a 5 to 6 mile radius that can work as pleasantly and accurately as this location and they should definitely be compensated for wonderful work. Please know that every person there is an excellent team member and I’ve noticed all of their faces but Jeanetta goes above and beyond our order is always ready, & accurate. visited the Taco Bell in Ferndale today and decided to go inside. I was a little skeptical since it was close to high school dismissal time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Management runs a tight ship—both the dining area and behind the register were well organized, and the store was very clean. I’m truly pleased with this Ferndale location. I could have easily chosen another location, but I’m glad I didn’t. Give this manager a raise—excellent training and leadership, especially when working with youth.

I never get Taco Bell and hardly ever get fast food. However, it’s got “fast” in the name, right? Nope. Not here. I even pre-ordered (the reason I even stayed) and it still took 28 minutes. People behind me were honking as if I couldn’t anything about it. And then they pulled around and honked at the drive-thru window and left. Definitely forget about this “slow food” location.

I come here at least once a week (sometimes every two), and I’m honestly baffled that this store only has a 3.7 rating — that’s ridiculous! This location deserves 4.7–5 stars easily!
The staff always looks like they enjoy their jobs, and the management truly supports both the customers and the team. It gives that “back in the day” fast-food vibe — fast, friendly, and done right! Clean space to enjoy your meal!

Service is fantastic!! Wish I could say the same about the food… last three times I’ve been there the tortillas, chalupas, gorditas, and just about every other “holder of meat” has been beyond stale… at least the inside of the food is warm and semi decent, but likely won’t be going back anytime soon.

Got to the menu/order box, sat there for a few minutes. Nobody said anything so I said hello? And someone angrily told me it would be a minute. Waited another few minutes and left without ever having ordered. There was only 1 car at the window, no one else in line.

Utter trash establishment. Sold me a cold crunch wrap meal without cheese, that had obviously been sitting out for hours. I took one bite and realized it tasted off. I threw it out. I hope your establishment enjoyed stealing the 30 dollars from my family. You won’t get another penny out of me again, ever. I’ll make sure to tell as many people as possible not to go due to your shady business practices!

Every item was a mess and either missing something or didn’t have the right amount. I paid for extra cheese in multiple items and got less cheese than it should have normally without any extra. Items were missing sauces and ingredients. Half my quesadilla had no cheese or chicken, a bunch of young guys in there just throwing ingredients around.
