I have been a loyal customer all these years and I almost tried all the menu.
The atmosphere great, good service and fast.
Food portion is good, food presentation, package good. However, food taste nothing no flavor no salt no seasoning you taste nothing at all. Dry chicken, dry meat. Prices above average.
Contacted them sent feedback, no answers. Too bad the place look good, and busy.
Last time, now I will search for other place. Or drive to Atkinson steakhouse as they have the best rost and beef.

Just had lunch here! We got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the regular roast beef, both with curly fries. The fries were absolutely delicious and the sandwiches were amazing. The restaurant was very clean and the service was great! Will definitely be back!

Bentley’s Roast Beef is dog friendly, so we bring our elderly Yorkie. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome!
The tables are clean and splinter free. There is a large rock fountain that buffers the noise and traffic. There is plenty of parking, and there is shade from trees and/or umbrellas. The food is delicious, and portions are large. I love their fresh-squeezed lemonade!! I could only manage to eat half of my wrap. The other half is in the photo… My BF had the scallop dinner. Both were excellent!

I drove by Bentley’s so many times. There’s a saying, that if a good place always seems busy, then you should know it is most likely a great spot to eat. I decided to go finally. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must. The food is on point! I ordered fish & chips. The food did not take too long. You can eat inside, or outside at a table, picnic bench-style seating. Some regular tables others round. They have a nice huge waterfall Rock out front, the seating has choices of in the sun/or the shade. They even have over to the side for the littles, that may get done eating first–a Sandy play area with some trucks, toys….how nice! It allows for adults to chit-chat and enjoy their time as well. Everyone is happy! Along with the food, we ordered onion rings and bottled drinks, that’s all I saw there for drinks, In the cold case. The drink I had was 1/2 iced tea 1/2 lemonade and it was good.
We got a pager to let us know when food was ready. It came on quality hard paper plates, sectioned. The fish pieces were huge, and the fries were very fresh and tasty. It came with tarter sauce cup (I asked for one extra, and got one–no cost) and Cole slaw. The Cole slaw could have used a bit more dressing, and I did Inform them it was my ONLY thing to talk about. Everything else was Perfect-o. When the onion rings were done, they brought them out to us. Wow, these are the BEST onion rings both my mum and I have ever had.
Nice, golden and super crispy. I bet they use vidalia onions, get yourself sone and then tell me what you think absolute delishhhh!!!! The atmosphere, food, service all of it gets a 10/10 from me. If you stop by tell Ali that Bentley is getting great reviews on Google…..the only thing they need to add to their menu is:

He told me that ANYthing we order would be great. (When told him it was our first time there) He was right. Hope you enjoy Bentley’s as much as we did!!! Yummy.

Delicious lobster rolls at Bentley’s! Full pieces of lobster claw as it should be. Roast beef sandwiches are also great here. They have indoor seating along with sufficient outdoor seating. Great little spot in Amherst to grab lunch or dinner!

I try to limit my visits here! Absolutely love the Bentley’s roast beef sandwich! It’s a hefty, generous amount of food; I always have to split it with my partner. The meat is so tender. There’s just nothing negative to say about it.
Despite the hot weather, it felt much nicer to sit outdoors near the water fountain ⛲️ where you can feel a cool breeze. There are plenty of seats with shade and parking!

In terms of portion to cost ratio, it’s pretty good value as you get a lot for what you paid. However the food looked a lot better than it tasted. The quality was fresh for the lobster and roast beef but it lacks seasoning. It’s like you just took the meat and put it in a roll. Needed some butter, salt, pepper, or lemon juice. The food didn’t really wow me but it was definitely fresh and i would recommend to try it atleast once.
