Called yesterday around 6:25-6:30 spoke with a female manager who took my name and number, stated she would call me back around 8am which she never did. So I stopped by the location this morning at 5:48 the guy name Ruglio was very rude and sarcastic and I’m not even sure that’s his real name because when I asked him to spell it he stumbled over his words. He questioned me like I was a criminal until after 5:55 am. Put me through a complete unnecessary period and showed the most dreadful customer service. Then after I showed him and said it numerous times what I was supposed to have and the price I paid this incompetent guy refunded me less than what I originally paid. All of this could have been avoided first is my order was correct second if the manager would have followed up like she stated. I will never return to this location and the cherry on top was the guy and the young lady there found it very amusing. The young man that took my order provided me with great customer service. But my sourdough breakfast sandwich was wrong. Stopped by on my way into work, got all the way to work to find out my sandwich was incorrect. And for some reason it had scrambled eggs.

Jack in the box is starting it’s slope downhill they are getting worse and worse chicken strips are almost rubber now a days curly fries are just bits and pieces or all clumped together .everything taste the same….like grease. No flavor anymore…..

I just came through the line. Both my tacos have no cheese and as you can see for the other has no meat. Got a salad yet no dressing was in my bag. Everything wasn’t even in it’s bag like they just throw food in the bag and call it a day. Asked for a soda for a soda and had to wait another minute . To get a flat soda with no ice. Like what’s the problem here.

You don’t have anyone that can’t understand basic English at the intercom and window. My order always gets messed up, I get over charged and if I try to tell them at the window they act like they don’t speak English. It’s annoying.

They had me drive around to the window since the young man could not hear me at the drive through. One of the orders was suppose to have curly fries. The gingerale was no ice. After driving to the window, I found out they no longer had the Sriracha combo the other people wanted…yet no menu at the window. So I had to just rush and choose something. And, of course….no ketchup.

Worst experience ever, I know this is a fast food restaurant but I expect order accuracy and clean condiments. Condiments we got looked disgusting, pictures below. And we were missing a fry nonetheless. I expect a call back from this place!!

I’ve come to this Jack in the Box location many times and never had a problem — until now.
I ordered 3 egg rolls and 2 iced coffees. They gave me 2 sweet and sour sauces. I politely asked for 1 more, and the staff refused. When I asked for a refund, the employee gave it to me — but then told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t come back.”
I was shocked. I wasn’t being rude or difficult — I just wanted a fair amount of sauce for my order. I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate because this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
Really disappointing experience at a location I used to like.
Won’t be returning to this location.

2 of the 3 Egg Rolls received weren’t sealed on one end, so the inner ingredients were burnt; curly fries were fresh. I received a burnt, mangled order of onion rings. Also, a slightly chewy bun on the guacamole-bacon chicken sandwich. Quality standards seem to be low, so be weary.

Salad is clearly red and brown, disgusting if you ask me, i am NOT A PICKY PERSON, BUT ive had enough with this location, i will be contacting corporate on them, not to mention last week i went and waited over 15 minutes, only to find out they no longer had ranch dressing for the salads, i requested a refund and they said they couldnt do it, now i will call corporate and defintely get my refund for these past 2 visits.
