I ordered lunch for my kids – a Kids Chicken Quesadilla and a Chicken Bowl. After getting home and checking the receipts, I realized they had charged me twice.
three days ago, They charged a kids meals as a regular adult meal.
I understand mistakes happen, and I don’t plan to go back just for a refund this time. But I do want to kindly remind neighbors to double-check their receipts when visiting this location.

I don’t usually give reviews but I have to for this specific chipotle location.
I have been coming here for a few months. I know being a Food worker is not easy, but these people are always in a bad mood; I always have to wait quite a bit, with no acknowledgement, before being served. They will walk past you a few times and will only think about starting serving the customer once another food worker say something after seeing the customer waiting for quiet sometimes. The atmosphere is not it at all.

We don’t normally post 1 star review especially to chain stores considering standards may be different while this location is just another level of bad. I ordered double proteins, extra rice and extra lettuce, and what I get? I got a normal portion of food of single protein and 1/2 rice. My wife ordered regular size and got a what, kids meal? Can’t even cover the bottom of the bowl! Talked to their manager and she said that since my wife didn’t order any rice or beans it supposed to be half bowl! And cannot process any refund in person! Ended up “offering” us extra corn and extra lettuce “for free” to finally cover the bottom of the bowl! We spent like 40 bucks and felt like we got scammed. Don’t go to this location and all reviews are true!

I came in around 6:00pm. Asked the staff if they could make more steak since they were down on steak and the staff didn’t seem too enthusiastic about having to make more steak. I even heard the employee say “there’s steak already in there”. So they’re not too welcoming already. Waited for the steak to be prepared and after about 15mins it was done. Then while preparing my bowl staff members were giving me “stank” faces or unhappy looks. I’m sorry that Im on a high protein diet and that I came in and asked for triple streak. I mean that is an option, I’m paying for it and this is a Chipotle after all but ok. Then while receiving my bowls the cashier also gives me the stank face like I was doing too much with the order I just made. I love Chipotle, it’s my favorite fast food restaurant, but staff members like this really ruin the experience for me all together.

On Sunday, February 8 at 3:15 PM, I visited this Chipotle and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The employee preparing my food was openly rude, dismissive, and his behavior came across as racist/discriminatory.
When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which only made the situation worse. For identification: he was an Asian male with tattooed arms, working on the line at that time.
This is not “bad service” — it’s disrespectful treatment that should not happen to any customer. I strongly recommend management review the camera footage from 3:15 PM on Feb 8 and take immediate action.

The young lady that works the register seems to alllllllways be in a bad mood. She’s not very friendly and makes you feel like your bothering her. The food is cool but sometimes the portion can be skimpy. It’s the poor customer service that prompted this review.

Read the reviews. They are all true. I placed an order online and received only half my order. I even paid extra for guacamole. Unfortunately, I ordered through Grubhub and they only offer partial Grubhub credit. This place is a scam and the owner obviously doesn’t care about its customers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not order delivery from this location, they do not take the orders seriously and consistently cheat you of your requests/what you’re paying for. My husband has had to drive up there on multiple occasions to request they redo bowls because they dont put the extra that we are paying for. Soft tacos come laid flat on top of each other. Figured we can try again and nope! Same deal several months later after in person complaints. Extra rice and protein already paid for and you open the bowl to less than a normal portion, so frustrating.
