Asked for cook to order and asked for no onions on my burger considering I have a major sensitivity to them. They put onions on my burger and double cooked my child’s nuggets. Also they refuse to answer the phone I have called 12 times!

So this McDonald’s likes to make you pull to the side even when your order is ready just to push more people out the drive through in less time. Then forget your food, the first time they walk part of you order out. Oh and Then when you get your food, you realize it’s cold and smashed. Nice cold smash burger McDonald’s. I swear you all don’t know what your doing!

though the early morning staff seems like they actually applied to be in customer service, anything past 2pm will get you flat, not full drinks & fries and the most out of pocket attitudes. every. single. time.
“thank you so much! have a good night” -> “yup” is crazy work. pls put someone on drive thru that maybe, even just the tinniest bit, wants to be on headset or window & i understand prioritizing drive but cafe orders taking 40+ minutes with 8+ people on the floor is also.. crazy work.

Just left there drive thru. Orderd a small sprite and got what looked like someone’s old sprite. Barely had ice and was 3/4ths full then to top it off it wasn’t even sprite, all carbonated water. When i.pullrd up to the window to get my order the lady says can u pull up to the railing im waiting on fries. I said ok. I watched 4 or 5 cars pu up and grab there food with no problem then she finally comes out with my food. When I grabbed the bag I started to pull off and the rude chick yells don’t come here then if u got a problem. I called up there immediately and they continued to answer and hang up before even saying hello. That lady working the window needs to be terminated asap. The audacity to make me wait after I ordered, and paid first and make me wait so they can serve everyone else then give me crap pop AND cop an attitude with me because I didn’t say thank you? Miss Ma’am you better learn some common sense quick bc its clear you don’t carry that basic quality.

Always have to wait. I’ve pulled aside for a iced coffee before and it took 20 mins. The entire experience from the drive thru to actually getting my coffee was about 35. For a iced coffee!!! Wish I hadn’t already paid and really needed the coffee. Order is rarely ever correct. If it ever is I’m in complete shock. If it wasn’t so close to home I’d never go there not that I do much anymore anyways.

yall are disgraceful. just waited 30 mins for “fresh fries” they were colder than fries on the floor of the car. i throw them away, and then i go to eat my burger. 90% mustard its literally soggy from how much mustard is on it. 30 minutes of my life and money wasted.

Ordered 2 large sweet teas. They did not inform me that they were out of sweet tea and instead the lady at the second window pressured my wife and I into getting something else after we asked for our money back. We may not be returning to this location due to the lack of communication about their products and pressuring us into getting something we did not want in the first place.

I don’t know who took over this location, but HOLY CRAP! I’ve lived around the corner from this McDonalds for the last 14 years and it’s never been good…food or service wise, until tonight (9/7/25 7:30pm.) I’m not joking when I say that over the years, 90% of the time, my order was completely wrong and the food was always cold. The staff always acted like it was their first day on earth. It took forever to get my food as I was always made to pull to the side and wait for my order. I began to drive out of my way to the court street location where service was much better.
Tonight I was in a hurry and decided to give Genesee road another chance. It was a completely different experience. It was busy, but the line was moving quick. The person on the speaker was polite and the cashier repeated my full order before taking my payment. My food was hot and ready when I got to the last window where they told me exactly what was in each bag. When I checked, nothing was missing and all the burgers were made correct. I’m obviously so impressed after all these years of disappointment that I had to leave a good review.

Ordered a Double Big Mac ( and paid for a double big mac) but when I got home it was only a regular big mac. I would have went back but only drive thru was open & it took me 20 minutes to get my food the first time. I called & had to leave a message. This is the 3rd time our food has been wrong from this Mcdonald’s.
