The everything on the plate was cold and the meat was very dry.
There wad no ice, my husbands fountain drink was warmer than our meals.
He order the Carne Asada Plate, he was asked what kind of tortillas (the s indicated plural) he asked for flour. He got 1 burrito sized torrilla, not the little ones that I got with the Fajita Plate.
Total price for 2 plates and 1 fountain drink $41.62.
El Toro down the street would have been close in price and way better. At least the meal would have been hot and the meat identifiable. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Called in I was on my way and would like to order a box of tacos. They say they won’t start it till I get to the window. Got there parked at the window for almost 5 minutes. Asked to pull out and into the lobby. Waited there almost 30 minutes which I was patience enough since there was a long line at the drive through. Everyone picked up and drove off and I finally went in when there’s no cars at the drive through and asked if they had started my box yet. They all looked at me crazy and said 3 more minutes. I walked back out into my car and watched them from my car and you could just tell their laughing and talking nonsense about my approach. Got my box and some tacos were cold. Chips cold and overly fried/baked whatever they do to it. Containers no covers. Never again!

I’ve been coming here several times over the past year. When I first started going, this place was really good. The California burrito was big and flavorful, and the rolled tacos were consistently delicious. I will say their service has always been friendly — that hasn’t changed.
Unfortunately, over the last few visits, the quality has noticeably declined. The California burrito has gotten smaller and is now mostly tortilla. The rolled tacos have become hit or miss — sometimes cooked well, sometimes undercooked, and the tortas just aren’t as good as they used to be. The beans and rice also feel overpriced, and the rice hasn’t been very flavorful lately.
Today was especially disappointing. I ordered a California burrito again, and it just wasn’t good — small and mostly tortilla. I also ordered birria tacos and was given regular street tacos with birria meat instead. This is the second time my order has been incorrect. By the time I get home (a 10-minute drive), it’s frustrating to have to consider driving all the way back. They also forgot the salsa I requested.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but with so many other taco spots around, consistency matters. Right now, it feels too hit-and-miss to recommend. I’m posting this in hopes that management sees it and gets things back to how they used to be, because this place really did used to be good.

Food is great but the service sucked. Called in a pick up order for my coworkers and I. The girl on the phone asked me if we wanted napkins and utensils, I said “yes, do you have paper plates?” She said yes, I will add them. Ok great!! My boss went to pick up the food, brought it back and no plates. He called there and was basically ignored and then hung up on twice!! Won’t be ordering from there anytime soon

I have been going to the spanaway location for quite some time, in the beginning the food and customer service was top notch. Unfortunately, within the last year, both the food and customer service has gone downhill. I recently ordered food through the drive thru, got home and my order was short. Not the first time this has happened, however when I called to complain and ask why my food was missing the lady on the phone acted annoyed. I had to drive back to the location and get my food- which was cold. Not sure I will be going back anytime soon. This is very sad, I like to support the local businesses in my area. There is a taco truck down the street that will most likely be getting my business from now on.

This place used to be good I’m not sure if new cooks but carnitas are so dry and flavorless it’s actually crazy I got a 20 taco box came in to pick up my food and the food wasn’t even started after mind you 40 min wait after I placed my order then I said in the store for another 20 min and watched the cooks make meal after meal while I sat and waited for my food the service is horrible horchata is spoiled 2/5 times beans always taste off rice is burnt also they give me my rice and beans and chips and nothing has a cover on it’s just a bunch of people that do not care at all about the food and it’s very sad last time coming to this place not just the location bad taste in my mouth after today and all the other times

This restaurant is absolutely FANTASTIC!! The food is very flavorful, the portions are big and the prices are fair. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about menu items so, we’ve never had any problems or mix-ups. My personal favorite menu item is the Carne Asada Bowl! Your choice of chicken or beef, rice, black beans, shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, onion, pico de gallo, minced cilantro, sour cream and fresh homemade guacamole! I always order the warm tortilla chips with it. Sometimes I scoop the chip and sometimes I crumble them on top. OMG, it’s absolutely delicious! Also, their Churros are unbelievable! I always order the cinnamon and sugar Churros and enjoy every single crumb. The food and staff are TOP NOTCH!!
