Ordered delivery and I’m sorry but for my food to have been sent out in a way it would have arrived like this? It arrived in such a casserole condition I had to dissect it to what you see: half my food soaked in slaw juice and the other edible after an air fry crispin. Also the drinks were missing. I’m sure this was partly delivery but package that better man. 2oz ramekin will do and you should be sure he receives the whole order too

Stopped in before our movie (45 minutes to spare) as it’s in the same plaza. There were 2 other tables in the restaraunt that had ordered plus our party of 2 (total 6 people). We ordered chicken tenders/fries and a chicken philly sandwhich. It took 35 minutes. We had to scarf our food to get to our movie start time. Appeared to have plenty of staff in the kitchen and behind the counter.
The food was average. The chicken philly is served on a grilled hot dog bun and chicken was good. Chicken tenders good. Food arrived hot. We paid $28 for these two items and 2 drinks.
The place was clean and really nice inside. And food was ok. But….I wouldn’t go back only because of the wait time for 2 items on a slow night.

I ordered the number three which is the wings and the tender meal everything came out fresh hot the tenders were awesome lightly breaded. The wings I ordered the Buffalo garlic with those the sauce was a little salty but other than that the flavor was really good and the service was awesome

I ordered the chicken club sandwich, the chicken was nicely seasoned, had very good flavor and perfectly cooked. The fries were also very tasty. I had 2 problems with my sandwich the cheese was hard and cold and they put way too much sauce on my sandwich making it very salty. Besides that the meal was pretty good for the price.

The worst chicken strips I’ve ever eaten from a fast food place. It was over fried hard and in old oil. When I parked to go in there was a line around the building for drive through. When I walked in there was all teenagers behind the register and kitchen but reluctant to take my order. I waited for 10 mins before anyone even asked to take my order. Another 15 to get 5 over fried dry chicken strips with worst tasting Zax sauce.

I enjoyed my food from Zaxby’s. I had the boneless wings with BBQ sauce. I found it to have a little kick, which I enjoyed. This location seems fairly new and the indoor space is big with plenty of seating. My only knock would be that you should have an option for 10 wings instead of having to purchase an entire side item. Other then that I enjoyed and the service staff was friendly.

I go to this place because it is close to my house and when I order via the app my food is usually ready. As you can see from the photos the presentation of my order was by care for. It was packaged and rushed. The customer service is 0/5 stars because when I asked the young lady for a drink carrier she looked at me as if I was bothering her. After today I will delete the app and no longer support this business.
