After coming from the Midway Airport this place was a great delight! I was served by a very pleasant young lady. Good to see service is still A+ at this location.
I got breakfast! Spicy biscuit, tots, and a coffee. All of it was quality!! The table and dining room were clean and very spacious. They impressed me in all points! Good job team!

Excellent coffee and customer service. It’s a fast-food place, but the atmosphere is elevated because the people who work here are all really polite, professional, and friendly. They also look just really put-together and stylish (just an aesthetic thing I noticed). It’s also really clean with real flowers on each table, and just very pleasant. I was here in the morning and would definitely come back at this time of day. A bright spot in the Ford City area and in this area of the Southwest Side.

THIS IS DRIVE-THRU FOR ONLY PURPOSE. Waiting line is not that long . They usually have 3. Lines open if not 2 but they move fast. The team outside very polite respectful & would repeat your order to double check. Have no complaints with chick-fil-A .

After my Uber eats order came basically empty to my house. I called this location to get reimbursed and the manager. Tanisha took care of me like no other. Not only did she send me my order that was most expensive no charge she gave me a gift card and two cookies and made sure that when I placed my order again Everything was in the bag shout out to Tanisha. She deserves a raise. Excellent customer service I went from being super upset to being more than satisfied.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

All things considered, this isn’t that bad of a CFA, but it could be better. The food has been fairly consistent and decent quality, however the employees seem to be lacking the same sense of inherent politeness that other locations thrive on. Traffic coming off of (and getting onto) Cicero Ave can be a pain, too.

Besides many delicious chicken options their Mac and cheese is AMAZING!!!!!!! Not only their food options are amazing but their customer service is the best around. It’s a great feeling going to a restaurant where customer service is beyond important. It’s a super busy location but the employees work together to make the drive thru move quickly. I always leave happy and satisfied.

I was excited to try the food. It was a first for me and my sister. We wanted to see and taste what the hype was about. We got a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries. We were very excited. It was a let down . The chicken sandwich didn’t have much flavor, the nuggets were soft no crunch. It was like eating saggy nuggets. I’d give it one more shot, since people speak highly of it. I liked the service, the staff was friendly and helpful. Especially being my first time. Maybe I just got a bad batch.. There is always a big line in the drive-thru.

i came by during breakfast and it took them a while to give me my food, after coming back from the cfa to my home, two of my sandwiches were completely raw from inside. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience other than a refund. never coming back
