This is our first time to get horrible food from here . Our crispy tacos were not hot and not properly wrapped the crispy taco Supreme shell all 6 had cracked shells they were so thin and cracked .The shells like they had been sitting for a while not fresh like they have been many times before . Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Gone at different times of the day and night and they never get the order right. Always missing items, food is not made fresh and you can tell it’s been sitting there for a long time when it’s not hot and the tortillas taste like rubber. I will not be giving them another chance. Never had this bad of an experience at a Taco Bell multiple times.

For being close by the del Mar college I expected this place to be very popular. Looks like it was run by a bunch of guys. All the tables were dirty. Not that many people where and when we went in that time. The bathrooms are disgusting. Got my order wrong, like didn’t read to take things out of the burrito.. give me more cheaper version of what I kinda wanted.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve had in Corpus Christi with Taco Bell. I’ve experienced this with a Taco Bell in San Antonio but never in Corpus christi. All my food and my $30 box I had three boxes and two separate burritos and tacos on the side were all made wrong they all look like these tacos were sitting overnight in a warmer and then hand it to us just because you close in 10 minutes before I order does not give you the right to serve disgusting food that looks like this. My order was just soaking wet from I don’t know what, after spending my hard earned money on good for my kids and I, I return home not even a mile away to find my food in this condition, then I called to correct the issue and I got hung up on by the staff and now they refuse to answer my call back. I was respectful and calm in asking to fix the issue and stuff recieve poor service. Attached is a photo of one of the items with liquid rolling off the side

I got a 5layer burrito. It’s hard to ear it when it’s not wrapped correctly and it’s all coming out the other end. And I’m half done with it, still waiting in the sour cream. I see the sour cream coming out the other end, so can’t wait to get a mouth full of tortilla and sour cream.

I work with teenagers in the middle of the day. And let me tell y’all- teenagers are hard (they bring ALL the opportunities for projective identification/emotional contagion), and sometimes- Imma be real- I need to eat my feelings. Que Taco Bell on Staples. This location has NEVER let me down. Not even once. Everything is hot (I might burn my mouth every now and then, but I’ll take the delicious reminder that, “hey! at least I can still feel *something*”). Everything is correct (a miracle, because I’m kinda high maintenance, you guys). And ‘mah girl, Jahaida is always SO. FRIGGIN. NICE. (I’m not kidding, she’s a community treasure, we need to protect her at all costs.) 15/10 would recommend this store.

Go elsewhere, their only concern is drive thru. Shouldn’t have to wait a half hour to be properly served. Online order placed well in advance and they didn’t even start it or attempt to.
