I ordered a chicken burrito and it was tough and old! It was dry and looked dehydrated. My dasher was great but the food was horrible!! This location is terrible, anytime I order from here there’s always a problem with the food quality.

This location consistently gives an absurdly small amount of chips. The regular size may as well be a kids size. Cashiers have told me it’s management that does this and enforces it strictly. Pretty frustrating.

I am vegetarian, I don’t get meat on my bowls ever so I like to have a little extra rice and beans to fill out the space that would be been taken up by meat. When I asked only 4 more beans were put into my burrito, then when I asked for more lettuce I was told no and was told “following portion sizing”
I have never had this experience at any other chipotle before. The manager here seems to be a tyrant when it comes to food portioning. However, even if I wouldve gotten the extras I wouldn’t have wanted it. Everything was bland and unseasoned I ended up throwing it away when I got home. This location needs better management/training desperately.

Overall experience was fine but I asked for extra rice and got told “oh I can only give you a little more to follow portion size rules.” But I didn’t ask for her charity I asked for extra rice. If I was specific enough I’m sorry but I clearly asked for extra and she gave me the tip of the spoon. Mind you an hour away of closing time, they should have more rice cooked for people coming in and making orders. Maybe this wasn’t her fault entirely but they need to have enough of everything made so there isn’t people getting a small amount of anything. Thanks again

One of my favorite places to eat out. This location in particular has an incredibly sweet evening/closing staff.
I always come in after working a long shift at my own job and one young man in particular is so incredibly kind and joyful. He always brightens up my night and remembers me everytime.
I can never catch his name but when I do I highly recommend he’s commended by his managers for his welcoming and can-do attitude!
Whatever he’s being paid is not enough I can assure you!

Look I haven’t had good experiences in the past, but whoever is wrapping burritos today 02/20/2026 at 11am THEY ARE A BURRITO ANGEL!!!! For the first time since 2014 I’ve had S tier chipotle, the proportions.. perfection, the wrapping.. flawless. Give them a raise please that shit was stunning. I’m pregnant and ordered this accepting the inevitable mid burrito but no what I received was heaven wrapped in gold.

I’ve been to several locations across several states and will not be returning to this one. Was told that I couldn’t get extra corn or any of the other sides which are usually free for extra. The portion sizes are ridiculously small. They’re penny pinching by limiting the corn and rice (the cheapest ingredients in the world). Awful management strategy that will end up costing them more in the long run.

If I could give -stars I would! The manager of this store is the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever seen. He completely went of on a lady asking for additional beans. She even mentioned she would pay for it! He went as far as to tell her to leave the store. If chipotle is OK treating people like this I’m not ok buying from them.

The Manager is the rudest man I’ve ever encountered. I watched him threaten a customer that he was going to call the authorities on him for pointing to items he wanted and asking for extras. That manager also crumpled the mans burrito up and threw it in the trash in front of the customers and all the employees. I’ve never been more appalled. I truly felt so bad for that young man. He was definitely mistreated, i assume it is due to him being black. Which adds even more reasons not to go there. Racism is so lame.I was in line but after that. I figured I would go somewhere else to feed my family of 8. Dont go to the martinsburg Chipotle. Its terrible. The poor employees look like they are fearful and mistreated.
