Carlton’s is always a good place to dine in pizza I good. Spaghetti is always good. The bread is so soft and delicious. Ask for butter and it’s melted and perfect. Just changed names but still good food and good hometown hospitality. Love this place… Takes them a while to remember you and staff turns over regularly. But all good.

Great Date Day! My wife and I visited Lucy’s on Third for a date day and were so glad we did. The food and service was awesome and the restaurant had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter Robert was awesome as well and answered all our questions perfectly. I cannot wait until our next visit and I will definitely get the Cajun Pasta and the Tiramisu again as it was delicious. Great Job Lucy’s on Third!

Our family met halfway between Huntsville and Birmingham to celebrate my sister in law’s 50th birthday. We had a party of 21 and were seated on the patio which is lovely and inviting. Robert, our waiter, was very efficient and friendly. He worked hard taking care of us and making our experience perfect in every way. Every team member we met was helpful and personable. Our food was delicious and delivered quickly. We could not have picked a better spot to celebrate! Thank you, All!

I wanted to like this place. It was rated well but I should have paid attention to the 1 star ratings.
I got Cajun pasta with chicken. The Alfredo was decent but the fettuccine was overcooked and the chicken had been frozen.
My husband got the spaghetti with meatballs. The spaghetti was not overcooked, but the sauce had sooooooooo much oregano it overpowered any other ingredient, and the bagged meatballs were under the salamander too long, they were fried to a crisp.
The bread looks like store bought, and as though it was made by Hostess. It was too soft and had no structure. When you think of Italian food you think of a nice crusty bread.
The restaurant was beautiful. The decor is nice and it’s clean.
The service was slow
What’s worse is we picked pasta instead of pizza because the server said the pizza and calzones are slow. It took about 35-40 minutes to get pasta .
It disappoints me so much to give a low score, spend good money, and waste carbs on subpar food.

The service was great! We were given refills without having to ask our server who by the way was very polite & knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu.
My dish came out looking delicious as always since I tend to get the same dish whenever we go here to eat since I am limited on items I can eat from an Italian restaurant (allergic to tomatoes and anything red both natural & dye). Mine was delicious as always. My husband’s dish was perfectly seasoned he said which made him very happy & pleased with the dish he chose. My Sister ordered the spaghetti & sauce with garlic bread. While my sister doesn’t normally order this particular dish here, she was disappointed due to the noodles being overcooked & almost mushy which isnt normal for this Italian Restaurant. They have always served their pastas al dente! She normally orders the Baked Spaghetti which is a much smaller portion that’s topped with cheese.
We chose to sit outdoors on the Patio since it was really cold inside. It was nice to sit outside on the Patio.
The food is definitely worth the Visit to this long-standing Italian Restaurant here in Cullman since they have Pizza, Pasta and Sandwiches. We normally don’t have any problems with the food so this one time won’t stop us from going back again. We like Carlton’s!

Have heard good things about Carlton’s. The atmosphere is nice. The TVs don’t really fit in but whatever. Our waitress was great. Very friendly and personable. The food was meh. The Marinara had a very strong basil or oregano taste. I didn’t care for it. We got a pizza and the lasagna. The pizza crust was soggy and had to be eaten with a fork. I don’t think there was any ricotta in the lasagna and definitely cheap store bought pasta. I’m not sure would come back. Maybe, but doubtful

Came today for the first time with a large party. Atmosphere & service were just fine, food presentation was good & amount but we were very disappointed in the quality of ingredients and flavor. They majority of the food on our table was uneaten. Photo is leftovers from the Shrimp & Conecuh sausage pasta. Salad was pretty good. Unfortunately would not go back. Shrimp was no longer shrimp texture but more mushy. Note the one person in the party that got a cheese pizza did like it. Otherwise unsatisfied.

Yhe food was exceptionally good. The food had great flavors. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The atmosphere was really laid back. You could either dine out side on the patio or inside the restaurant. We choose to dine on the patio outside. The inside had an old fashion feel all the way to the bathroom doors. I love the bathroom doors. They even have a grassy area that has beanbag toss. If my review was helpful please hit the like button.

Wow! The Cajun chicken & pasta was phenomenal! Also, you have to try the homemade cheesecake with fresh strawberries& whipped cream! Our server was Kayla! She was attentive to our every need. The restaurant was located in a beautiful historical building in downtown Cullman. We will definitely be back. Try it! You won’t be disappointed

We ordered meatball sub, steak and cheese sub, and a large pepperoni pizza. The subs came up the pizza was wrong so still waiting on that. The subs were not hot. The steak and cheese was salty and not very good. The meatball sud wasn’t hot either and not very good..for the price they charge and the portions they give they should be ashamed. We will not be back. Still waiting on my pizza 20 minutes after we’ve eaten our other food.
