It was 9pm Friday evening, I ordered only 2 fish sandwiches at the drive thru. I paid for the meal,and waited almost 20min for a simple sandwich. The manager was very rude didn’t apologize for having us waiting so long, it was only one car in front of us. We are very unhappy with the service, won’t be returning rather go to another approachable, business.

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience at 18750 nw 2nd avenue, Miami FL 33169

Dear Burger King Management,

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experience at your drive-thru. On 1/926, I placed an order, but the first payment window was closed, so we were instructed to pay at the second window. Before we could even reach that window, an employee asked us to back up so that their order timer wouldn’t start. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes while we were backed up, and the timer continued to run.

When we finally reached the window and asked to add an item to our order, we were told that it wasn’t possible because they were on a timer and the food wasn’t ready. We were also told that we would need to drive around again or get out of the car, which was completely unreasonable after waiting for 30 minutes since we arrived in line.

When I asked to speak with the manager, Leina or Lana, she confirmed that they wouldn’t accommodate the request, and that the second window was only for payment. This meant that we couldn’t get the nuggets we wanted for my daughter, and it was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

I hope you can address this issue and ensure better service in the future.

Do not do delivery orders with this location,they will give you old food and you are paying more than people that go to the place and order. They are not giving delivery drivers fresh food. We’ve had to take the food ordered from the delivery service back to them multiple times to get fresh food.

I just ordered from this location minutes ago & I specifically ordered a FULLY LOADED CROISSAN’WICH which to my knowledge brings the ham, bacon & sausage. The lady in the drive thru “Chiquita Rozier” I believe is her name, asks me what kind of meat I want? & me all confused respond that I thought the sandwich brings all 3?? So I tell her I want the fully loaded that brings everything, all 3 meats, when I arrive to the window she hands me my food with a very dry attitude like she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t even say anything to me when I told her thank you multiple times. When I return to my job to eat during my break I open the sandwich wrapper & she gave me a ham egg & cheese croissan’wich!! So she charged me $10.15 for the fully loaded croissan’wich which I REALLY wanted & gave me just HAM!! I didn’t even have time to go back cause I have to get back to work!! Really disappointing my whole mood and break ruined just cause this person couldn’t get ONE SIMPLE THING right, never coming back to this location.

Very clean and the over counter lady was very nice and she smile to take your order. The staff employees has the establishment well kept and cleaned! I enjoyed the music they were playing oldies in the restaurant. Thumbs up on the management playing music that make sense!

I was told one order per car I’m not allowed two separate orders & that was a first hearing that, the employee was rude & very nonchalant like I’m bothering her. so I went thru the drive thru another time to order, I asked no onions on one order & I was given what seems as a sandwich with more then a few onions. It’s sad when you’re a paying customer & you have people working at these places like that.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was frustrating because it waa honestly unnecessary. I tried to use a coupon for a meal that would have been $7.49 with tax it should have been $8.01. Instead of just saying that they didn’t know how to add the coupon they decided to lie and charge me the regular price instead. When I asked again if she really added in the coupon just to see if she cashier would just tell the truth about not using the coupon she said “I did but the price goes up because if tax”. In Florida the tax goes up to $10.85 from an item that cost $7.49? I tried to ask her if she would give the coupon back since she clearly didn’t put it in, but ahe says it’s not allowed. So a waste of savings. I would advise you to only order from here if you’re using the app or another delivery app, and if you actually want to use your coupons the right way. I would rather have my food without the side of insulting my intelligence.

Would give it 0 stars it that was possible.
First off they got my order wrong. I ordered a #10 (which is an Original Chicken Sandwich) with cheese and instead i got a Ch’King sandwich with pickles. I’m allergic to pickles. Secondly I lost my appetite after I saw the presentation of that sandwich. It looked like some vomited the sauce all over it and then slapped a bun on top. Thirdly I was told to back up past the yellow pole twice and on the second time I was told to wait there until my order was ready. Highly dissatisfied with the service and the inaccuracy of my order. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
