1st time at a Fazoli’s. Perfect for pasta lovers. My daughter and I got the #17 Sampler, which included Lasagna, Cheese Ravioli, Spaghetti, and Chicken Fettuccine. All were good. The breadsticks were soft and warm. Service was good, then we were kind of left alone after we got our food, which came out quickly. We had mentioned to the order taker/cashier this was our 1st time so, a heads up on getting all our condiments, forks, ourselves etc. would of been nice. Then we cleaned up our own table and put the dishes in the take away buckets. Hoping that is what we were supposed to do. No clue. Most of restaurants chains now days are resorting to self service. Kinda getting used to just ordering then taking care of the rest ourselves. Reasonably priced. The environment was clean. The restrooms were well stocked.

If you could give service a zero they would definitely get it. They souppuse to call back with a solution to missing items. No call back was received called the store after waiting a half hour and no answer.

I just want to say that the Quincy location was amazing. The lady that took my order was really kind and really sweet. Customer service was amazing and they were quick and efficient getting the food out to us. I think I spent probably like 10-15 minutes waiting for our food which wasn’t bad. And the food came out hot and it was really delicious. Even my 91-year-old grandma loved that food. Thank you fazoli’s in Quincy for such an amazing experience

I came into the restaurant a lil after 11 today they were steady so I stood there for a few minutes. But after watching one of your employees chasing a child no older than 3 throughout the restaurant we chose to leave. This is very un professional as your other employees had to work around the child. Also not to mention the safety of everyone. She was in both the dinning room and kitchen areas

I’m a sucker for pasta. I love this place. I went in this time for the free Veteran’s dinner on Veteran’s Day. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and two bread sticks. The employees are always friendly and the food is delicious.

The atmosphere good, the service and staff were friendly, I just couldn’t get over how the food tasted so so blah… My Husband got the chicken carbonara, I got the chicken broccoli and both were blah… not even with salt and pepper could make it taste good

We haven’t been to Fazoli’s since the company left MN. We missed it!
Staff was wonderful, they were busy, it was 5:30 on Saturday night and people were coming in and getting there food quickly.
We thorougly enjoyed our food and had leftovers for when we arrived home on Sunday!
We really miss you guys up here in MN.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time today and was very happy with our meals. There was one person ordering when we walked in and a young lady stepped up to take our order. After getting our drinks a young man came out with breadsticks, and it wasn’t too long before our food came out. The food and the crew working were all spot on, we will go back again.
