If you’re a donut lover, Hurts Donuts is an absolute must! The fact that they’re open 24 hours already makes them a winner in my book, but the customer service takes it over the top—they treat you like family the second you walk in. I’ve truly never seen more variety of cake donuts in my life; it’s like a wonderland for anyone with a sweet tooth.
I tried the maple cake donut, the peanut butter chocolate donut, and the banana donut, and each one was pure perfection. The icing is phenomenal—not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and it literally melts the moment it touches your lips. Every bite was indulgent without being overwhelming, and you can tell they put real care into crafting each donut.
This is hands down one of the best donut experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be back again (and again!).

I just want to start by saying I was being helped by an older woman up front early in the morning. She was yelling (disrespectfully) to someone in the back when me, my husband, and children walked in. Definitely seemed like she was overwhelmed and was very short with my family. Not the customer service we were expecting or used to at honestly any food place, and especially here. We got a hurts dozen and the Oreos for the cookie monster seemed off. Very soft and almost soggy. Almost as if they were stale. Id rather go to Krispy Kreme because at least I know the donuts will be fresh. I did not appreciate the short attitude with the older lady up front and will absolutely not be back until I know she is no longer working here. Not sure why you have employees who are disrespectful to customers? We’re only here to try to give you business? I don’t appreciate the attitude. Donuts themselves seemed fresh but ingredients seemed stale. Will not be returning.

Their donuts are always creative, taste great and look great. The dining area is always clean and well maintained. And the staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful. They recently changed to small orders going in paper bags and the cashier today made sure to put the fancy donut on top in a way that when I got home it looked the same as when we left the restaurant. Great place we go there every week.

I stopped in to get donuts for a friend having a difficult time. I ordered 4 donuts. for $10. They were jammed 2 flat and 2 sideways in a too small box. Chocolate got all over the raspberry ones and it just looked awful. I ended up not even giving them to her. Presentation matters.

Amazing donuts!
I got 3 different ones to try for take-out and demolished them all in the car before I car before I can even drive off the parking lot
Perfect place to satisfy a sweet tooth in the Colorado Springs area! A not-so hidden gem for pasty and sweets lovers in the area

Yummy, sugary indulgences, and some savory items too. Stopped by on my way to Costco for donuts and coffee. Really cool to see lots of parents and kids enjoying the sweets here. The layout allows for observing the making of the donuts and goods. Very nice selection of items including kolaches and gluten free items ❤️ Coffee was fresh and hot, though I prefer liquid creamer to powder (minor). Overall, very pleased and definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I came into this location a few days ago at a little after 4 in the morning. There were no other customers there except for a small table of 3 in the corner who were playing a game so essentially there was no wait. But we had to wait about 15 minutes because there was only 1 person working and he was in the back and didn’t hear the doorbell go off, or at least that’s what he said. My boyfriend thinks the guy fell asleep on the job because he actually had to go in the back where the employee entrance was and knock on the door. The guy working came out and it seemed like he just woke up. But he ended up helping us and we got a 6-count of donuts. I enjoyed the donuts I got, my boyfriend wasn’t really a fan of his. The donuts didn’t really have a lot of flavor and the dough was wayyyy too thick. I’ve always wanted to try Hurts Donut cause I’ve heard good things. Overall, it was an okay experience but not good enough to justify coming back.

We ordered delivery and they did not give us the option to choose for the assorted dozen. It says online that Hurt’s will give us the most popular donuts for the dozen however we received 9 cake donuts and only 3 actual yeast donuts and it almost seems like they just give you what they have an excess of instead of what’s popular. Sadly, I am not a fan of cake donuts to begin with. Unless you like cake donuts don’t do delivery. On top of that, we also ordered a bacon maple bar, but instead they gave us a normal maple bar and one of the 3 yeast donuts is a maple one. Sadly even though I ordered 12 donuts, it feels like I was only able to enjoy 2 of them. For my first experience, this is a let down. I feel like I wasted $50.
The only redeeming factor is that the donuts look good for a picture. I would definitely recommend going in person to choose your donuts or else you’ll be disappointed.
