I’ve been coming here for years! This is a good cookout to get food from. It typically comes out how you’d expect. Only thing is, every single time I order hush puppies, I have to be prepared to digest microplastics because they melt the plastic of the box. I asked this time, “please put them in a separate bag”. They confirmed they would, but still served it like this……… All this to say, food is good, service is normally fast, avoid hush puppies if you don’t want to ingest more plastic than usual.

Came around midnight to get some munchies. Drive thru box not working well and clerk obviously new. Refused to let us pull up to order. Kept repeating wrong order. Got my husband’s order right, but left out half my food. Won’t be back. Dayshift is probably better.

Me and my wife came through and we immediately were rushed with our order, the guy taking our order wouldn’t even let us finish what we were saying before interrupting and rushing us. We asked for cheese fries and they gave us less than a tablespoon of cheese sauce on them , our cokes do not taste like coke, there is hardly any carbonation in them, our food was cold, they didn’t give us BBQ sauce when we asked for it, and didn’t give us silverware for our food. I do not recommend this one. The one on UT campus might be a longer wait but worth it.

This is a repeat issue I have had with this particular cookout but normally it’s one maybe two out of my quesadillas I order. This time all four of my quesadillas were cold to the point the cheese didn’t even melt all of the way and the tortillas were hard and definitely not heated. This is ridiculous and a waste of money.

This was a burger I ordered cheddar style. Not once did I ever say extra onions. However, this seems deliberate. That’s a whole onion! I keep trying this place hoping they will redeem themselves. If it isn’t the food being terrible and just wrong, it’s the staff being extremely rude. I think we will stop giving chances and drive a little further to a different location. Get it together.

Don’t recommend! Very rude and threw our food in a bag and spilled out everywhere.. we even repeated our order more than once and still didn’t get mayo on our burger and the bun was hard then she slammed the window in our face we didn’t even complain she just slammed it to be rude

My favorite little fast food place they recently had the workers meeting you at your car in the drive-through and it’s making orders. Go a lot faster and I think it’s a really good idea! Good job for that will definitely come back and highly recommend!
