It would have been nice if this drive thru gave napkins in with the food because the amount of sauce on the flamethrower burger almost drowned me and my husband as we tried to drive away. The coast guard had to take us home.

Wife and I were standing in front the register for 7 mins. Then I asked if someone was working the register and a gentleman in the back said yeah,
He went to one of the five people and said to help us and no one moved. Waited another three mins and asked if someone could take our order and a lady with red hair said that she couldn’t help us.
Two guys and 4 ladies and no one could help someone ordering in the inside of the restaurant and we were the only folks in there.
We left…
Very strange how customer service is dying. Best of luck Dairy Queen. Stick to the drive through at night.

This Dairy Queen has a GREAT employee named Andrew. He was running circles around that place. He was amazing. He was taking orders, making orders, and running orders. Again, I just wanted to take a minute and say ANDREW DID A GREAT JOB.I hope he knows his work was noticed.

I went on Christmas eve eve. The deluxe cheeseburger was really good and dressed well. I substituted the fries for cheese curds and they were hot and tasty with the marinara sauce. Christmas music was playing in the dining area and the tables and area was spotless.

Went a couple weeks ago and got 2 blizzards, we waited quite a while at the window and my blizzard is just sitting there melting. When she finally handed it to me, dripping down the side and no flip, I questioned why, she said oh it’s hot in here! What?! There were about four employees standing there, the girl shut the window and they all were laughing. Ridiculous!!!
So because my kids love Dairy Queen they asked if we could go, I said I’ll try again and hope for better outcome. We got four mini blizzards, all different. I got pumpkin and had not one piece of pumpkin pie, my husband got the new caramel toffee one and literally had two pieces of toffee and some caramel drizzle on top, nothing was mixed in the rest was just ice cream! I’m assuming the was ok, I never asked or checked there’s since they were in the back. It’s like no one wants to do there job or do it even halfway decent!!!!

I was struggling between 2 & 3 ☆’s but, I decided to give 3. They’ve just been around so long &, I used to love them. I believe this was my husband’s mother’s 1st job where she was a manger in Mandeville, La. My husband loves this place & the icecream is fantastic. The staff is super sweet, attentive &, I see them cleaning often. I just don’t prefer the food. I’m not really a Hamburger eater. I know there’s other options which, I have tried. The taste is off to me. I’m just not a fan but, I’ll come when my family wants to. The prices seem reasonable to me although, I don’t have to pay attention to cost.

On our way back from Florida to Texas, we stopped at this DQ in Denham Springs, Louisiana today.
We did not ask for it, but all 3 of our boys got a pup/kit cup with whipped cream here at the DQ, and it was brought out to us on the patio. What an awesome service! Very nice lady working here.

Juban Road in Denham Springs, LA, my favorite location!!! Anything you choose from the menu will be delicious and fresh. There are many ice cream varieties such as the traditional cones, banana splits, etc! VISIT A LOCATION NEAR YOU SOON!!!
