so i ordered on doordash a burger with fries and 2 shakes vanilla w reeses cups mind you one shake had reeses cups and the other one they literally just smeared peanutbutter at the bottom of the cup w no reeses and the burger was pink and bread was hard as a rock i got a full refund but i definitely will not be returning to this specific location the quality was not there threw out the whole meal

I came in to order a meal I approached the register and was serviced by Andrea and her customer service skills was a rating of a 1 out of 10 . She was very rude and disrespectful rolling and smacking her lips , I had to repeat my order a few times because she was distracted my other crew members playing not working. I will not come dine in because of that experience maybe if I’m starving I may do the drive through. Her attitude and distractions were not professional. I’m used to smiling faces and welcoming atmosphere the front crew need some work and training

In short, was rung up twice for wrong orders, given no explanation at all, waited more than 20mins for my meal. Staff made a mistake without taking accountability or simply giving me an understanding of what happened.
Management was involved and did an even worse job than the teenagers that were working.

Went in for the first time, they didn’t listen to my order so I had to repeat it, then they nearly charged me double but luckily I corrected them before they did, then I had to wait an hour for a single burger and a shake. Easily the worst fast food experience of my life

My only problem with Culver’s is when they bring your ice cream out in the dish it need to have a closed lid on the ice cream! The workers that bring out the food to the vehicles are running all over the lot looking for the number on the mirror with the ice cream out being exposed!

Yum. Had a Cod Sandwich Meal and switched the drink out for a shake. I love their shakes!! Oreo with hot fudge and salted carmel.
The fish was great. Could’ve had more mayo but it was yum-o, cooked well and flaky. Not super flavorful or anything. The fries were very good.
