Went to the drive-through placed in order things were fine. Went to the window. Teresa told me it would take 15 or 20 minutes to make tenders and offered me a 10 piece instead I said I’ll wait. She immediately threw a attitude by body language. Tell me to move forward to the rail. I waited 20 minutes she came out handed me food she left. I opened the bag. The sandwich was not made to my order. I asked only mayo, tomato, and lettuce. Teresa said she cannot do extra tomato, but she can do extra lettuce. I said that’s fine. I went through the drive-through mic and I said the sandwich was not made correctly. I asked for only mayo, tomato, lettuce. She told me something about it’s policy that everything else will come on it unless I specifically say no cheese I then stated back, I said only. Only lettuce, tomato, mayo. A guy interrupted her and started yelling at me and swearing telling me I’m rude and get out of his drive-through and continued swearing. I was very shocked. I said well I want a refund. He told me to get out of his drive-through so I got out of the drive-through because I didn’t want to escalate over fast food. I will follow up a later date and speak to a manager. I’m 38 years old. I’ve never in my life at anyone at fast food or any restaurant yell at me before and I’ve traveled all over the United States. Furthermore, I was down the street at the hospital because my grandpa has severe health issues and I am waiting and it is now almost 1 o’clock in the morning.

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter regarding a manager’s behavior that I deem unacceptable. Today, I encountered a situation where one of your managers required correction on how he communicates with employees. When I intervened in an instance where the manager was using profanity towards an employee, he became confrontational and attempted to assert his authority in an intimidating manner. When that approach did not work, he threatened to call the police and report me for trespassing. Given this incident, I want to emphasize the need for proper training on managerial conduct, as I will not participate in or condone such unprofessional behavior.

This location just Can Not get your order right. Today is absolutely the last time I can go to this store, this location, this company. Its just not worth the headache and aggravation any more. Oh and the manager Josh says he’s been there 9 years and wears the shirt so that’s what makes him the manager but yet, Still Can Not Get The Order Right.

Dirty atmosphere with the worst customer service ever. Walked in planning on sitting in the dining room to have some dinner and 3 of the workers wouldn’t even acknowledge us as we stood at the counter waiting to order. While being ignored we observed the lady grabbing the chicken nuggets with her hands (no gloves) and putting them in containers. When one of the workers walked past us twice while we were standing at counter and said and did nothing, we decided to leave. The place smelled awful and is filthy behind the counter. We do not recommend this place no matter how hungry you are.

Poor customer service in drive thru. I went to grab lunch and was unable to hear the Wendy’s worker due to an ambulance driving by with sirens on so I asked nicely if he could repeat himself. He proceeded to raise his voice at me and give attitude through the speaker while I attempted to order. That alone made me cancel my order and go elsewhere. This isn’t the only time Ive had this experience at the location. I recommend avoiding this Wendy’s if you want to have a decent customer service experience grabbing a bite to eat. I’ve been working in customer service for years and know the importance of how to treat and provide a positive experience for the customer. I don’t normally write reviews but this negative experience prompted me to because this needs to change.

Y’all need to get your act together. You literally cannot get an Uber Eats order correct in the last 3 tries. It’s like you’re committed to not reading the instructions. Every time I get a large chili with cheddar cheese and onions. Guess what I never ever get? CHEESE OR ONIONS. Retrain your staff for the love of everything holy.

went at 12:00 am when they close at 2am. there was line we were just sitting there for a while no one came to the speaker. so we drove by and all the workers were just standing inside talking. some outside smoking. so we thought maybe they didn’t realize there was people at the speaker so we went back around and same thing as we drove by there was a male worker standing at the employee door just staring at us as we drive be. ridiculous. came 2 hours before close. they could atleast put a sign at the speaker or something as to why they’re closed. RIDICULOUS never had something like that in my life they all need to be fired asap. do better.

My order was completely wrong and they weren’t even busy. Plus the food was cold. I ordered online to have it all ready for pickup but when we got there, they didn’t have the order ready at all. Gave us the wrong drinks, didn’t fill up the fry containers so we barely have any fries, and they put a tomato on the chicken sandwich, which my partner is ALLERGIC TO. WON’T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

They didn’t have any ice in the soda when I got to the window and nothing was said just tried to shove a warm pop at me. I asked for it to be removed from my bill no problem there. Get home took a couple bites of the gross mushroom bacon burger and noticed it was still partially raw. If I get sick I’m coming for y’all.
