I place this order on DoorDash so I cannot account for the service or the atmosphere just the food quality that I received. I travelled to Nashville from DC just because and one night we didn’t wanna go out so we decided to order and I saw they had Zaxby’s. I haven’t had it in a while, but I remember it being really good when I had it in Virginia. I saw that they had lemon pepper, TRADITIONAL WINGS, so that’s what I ordered because the last time I was here I didn’t know they had wings. I did not receive traditional wings. I have no idea what to even call that of which I received, but you can look at the pictures for yourself. I also had three white pieces of something floating around in my drink. I was so disappointed. I threw everything away!

Wow! Love that Chicken. The salads are awesome too. Great sauces. Drive through is fast and efficient. Lovely dining room if eating inside. Fast friendly service with a smile. Lots of enthusiastic young people behind the counter. Gives you hope….. highly recommend.

Really juicy chicken strips. Everything tasted great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received my food fast and hot. Maybe it’s because I’m from a northern state but I’m not used to fast and friendly service like this.

Took my son here to eat after an extremely hot day pressure washing. My first time eating at Zaxby’s. I absolutely love the way the inside feels like a restaurant. I was informed that this place is a fast food joint. WOW. The food was 4/5, service 5/5 and cleanliness 5/5. Fried pickles were delicious and the Z sauce excellent. Chicken not as good as Popeyes but close.

I had a really rough go around with DoorDash to get food, and it made me a bit emotional. However, I contacted DoorDash to get a refund and placed a mobile order with them because the cravings were intense. When I pulled up to the window, I believe it was the manager who was at the window. He was a bit older but super kind. He recognized my name and noted all the attempts of previous dashers lol. He apologized for everything and offered a dessert of my choosing even though this situation wasn’t their fault. I wish I asked for his name for this review, but it really made my night 100x better. The entire staff was kind, and the lady taking my order was also super sweet!

This was the first time my husband and I had ever eaten here because we don’t have a Zaxby’s near us. And let me just say omgosh it was so good!! We are definitely sad that we don’t have one near our hometown LoL. The chicken is seasoned perfectly, juicy and delicious. And the Zaxby’s sauce is awesome, not to mention the coleslaw was also really good.
