The bowls at cava are good- they are flavorful, if you know how to get the right ingredients. The staff at this location, unfortunately, is not good! They are very rude, cold and usually put smaller portions. Asking anything second time is a biggg issue for them- you get rude answers, judgmental looks and arrogant tone.
I have never seen a manager on site. Very unprofessional behavior! Furthermore, the location is never clean!! Tables are always sticky, floors are always filled with food droppings, and the serving counters are full of food spills! Won’t recommend going to this location

Me and my friend went to try this place for the first time yesterday and loved the food. I ordered a chicken and steak bowl with a cucumber drink. Everything was delicious – however the person who attended me was rude (not just to me but the people around me who were also ordering). Joanna was tossing the food rudely and throwing the bowls and plates to the side making nasty faces towards costumers including myself. The rest of the staff was nice and the place was clean. Will be back for the good food ! and hopefully not for her bad service this time.

I had such a great experience at CAVA. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something tasty but still healthy. Everything was well prepared and the portions were solid.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Dani, Maria, and Nixon were all incredibly kind and welcoming. They were patient, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and positive. You can tell they genuinely care about customers, which makes a big difference.
Overall, this location has great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We loved our experience at Cava. The bowls were super delicious and full of flavors. The service was also better than other fast casual spots like Chipotle. Even though it was super busy, the sitting area was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something healthy + delicious and also if you’re into gyro bowls.

I have never been to a cava before, and I was really confused about their menu, but the employees helped me look through and find the chips that I wanted. They were incredibly understanding and patient with me, and let me sample some pita chips to try out their flavors too! Shout out to Maria, Chris, and Leeanna (sorry if I got your names wrong) for making my experience at cava delightful, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited the Wayne location on Wednesday at noon, and WOW! it was absolutely jam packed. During my visit, I noticed there was only one employee on the line serving customers. Despite the crowd, he was moving the line at a steady and efficient pace, which was impressive to watch.
When I reached the counter, I was greeted by OG with a warm, “Good afternoon, sir. Welcome to CAVA. How can I help you, sir?” First off where did you find him? He’s amazing!
OG was extremely well-mannered, respectful, and professional. He prepared my bowl quickly and accurately without missing a single detail, all while maintaining great customer service under pressure.

Id suggest know what you want as your going there because the line moves pretty fast. The food is delicious…..you dont need any more detail from there honestly……also id suggest the pita chips with any meal you get, nothing dissapoints here
