My sandwich was perfect, hot and they got my special order correct with no cheese and no egg. The potatoes were so so bad. Not hot, even soggy. The definitely should have thrown them out and made fresh a long time before serving me them

This morning (June 26th) we ordered from this location using Door Dash. We received the WORST food we’ve ever ordered. Both of the bacon egg cheese biscuits had all of a standard spoon worth of egg and was squished so thin that it measured approximately less than HALF an inch! When we opened the wrappers we thought we received plain biscuits! It was essentially cheese and one strip of bacon torn in two! We also paid $4.09 for a large fry which our family shares… Well this morning they were so overcooked they could break a tooth! So those went to the trash. $22 for this? I understand it’s fast food but you CAN do better! It’s INTENTIONAL to smash the biscuits in this manner. I added photos as well.

Assistant manager Jeff sitting out side when I pulled in ran into the store asked for extra marina, charged me 50 cent a piece after having me wait for him to come in get his headset take my order….asked if I could possibly not get charged for them since he had me waiting. This is fast food why was someone not available to take my order immediately if this is a GPS burger king I see why u guys always looking for managers…customer service terrible will not spend another dollar here. And I love burger king guess im going to sonic down the road here on out.

The employees are in desperate need of new headsets. Day after day, I see them wearing napkins in between their ear and the headphone.
It is incredibly heartbreaking to see their reaction when somebody finally asks them if they are in pain.
It is almost criminal what is happening if not. Get these people some headsets.

My husband loves eating here more than he loves McDonald’s. I love that for my app and I love Burger King Slushys. The Burger King I regularly go to is in Hixson off Hixson Pike. The staff there are the best. Everyone is kind. You can’t say that about a lot of fast food joints.

The food was hot and fresh! I think the chicken sandwich was the best I ever had at a burger king to be honest. It was definitely fresh because it burnt my tongue. But it was great!!! It hit the spot!

I will never eat here again nor recommend this burger king to anyone. I had 2 things left off my order so when I called the lady answered I started to explain what happened she hung up on me so I called back she totally ignored the fact that she just hung up on me and told me that as long as I have the receipt if I come in she’ll replace it. So I went back to the store when pulling around I asked her if she was the manager I spoke to on the phone she said yes and handed me my food I told her I just wanna know why I got hung up on because it was pretty rude. She replied oh well I had a busy signal on my end. I just shook my head and said yea ok and drove off as she slammed the window shut. If this was the case and she actually had a busy signal why not just apologize for hanging up in the first place…. obviously if you don’t like your job Michelle Bush find something else that isn’t fast food or dealing with customers. The picture is one of the items they left off the first time.

We went to Burger King in Chattanooga about 2 weeks ago. Food was good. Fresh, good temperature, clean. The best experience was with the girl who got our order. Nice, smiling, polite. Very pleasant.
