This time horrible service
I was greeted and helped by Wesley
I asked for the meat 3 box
But asked to upgrade the fry’s to large.
He said we can’t do that.
I asked to speak to a manager because they always have in the past
Wesley’s response
Because the larger fry’s won’t fit in the box
And no manager
Don’t need the box Wesley. Come on use your brain…
Wow great service Arby’s
So I had to pay 3.50 more and
No cobbler or mozzarella sticks

First off. I’ve always loved this arbys. My most recent experience made it over the top. I put in a mobile order on black Friday and went to go pick up. The lines were insane to the outlet, and after almost an hour, I gave up. I called the store to let them know I’m giving up. I knew I couldn’t get a refund, but wanted them to be aware I wasn’t going to make it. The nice gentleman on the phone said, no worries. I’ll write your info down and next time, just let us know and we’ll remake it for you. I was caught off guard. I called tonight to call it in, it was the same gentleman on the phone. He said I remember you, I took your call last week. We’ll get this made, no worries. They def didn’t have to do that, but it was wonderful customer service in a world where it’s lacking in many places. I order from here about once a week and will def continue to do so!

The girl helping us named Cheyenne was incredibly rude, and clearly didn’t want to help us. I had to go back in the store to get our 3 milkshakes because they forgot (no big deal- just glade we remembered before driving away) and apparently asking for a cup holder was way too much for her to handle. She was talking down and being awful to the other employees working as well. My mom made a comment on how sorry she felt for her co workers. It’s pretty bad when customers can hear her throwing a hissy fit about wanting to leave on time (it was still pretty early and no where near closing) Dinner was fine but she sure left a bad taste.

Food was great but customer service was bad I had to wait sooo long for my other pizza, mind you I ordered first and plus there was like no one in there minutes later a group team of soccer girls, parents coaches came in they took like 2 to 3 long tables up we asked about if the pizza were done they said it would be ready in 5 minutes but those 5 minutes were almost an hour. They gave the food first to those people that came in a whole group which were last, they were very disorganized.

This a great Arby’s! We loved the layout of the restaurant. There were some tables in a sunroom, a raised dining room up a few stairs with skylights, and a main dining area. They offered some self-service sandwich and fry sauces that we haven’t seen at other Arby’s as well.
Our food was served quickly and all team members were very nice. The dining room was incredibly clean. Excellent!

Service was fast, good quality and well served food plus frindly staff. Nice and clean lobby with lots of tables to seat. Washrooms for customers and free parking. Drive thru is available too.
The restaurant is just few min drive from Woodburn Outlet. It’s a good choice for dining after shopping.

Food wasn’t very good, when we tried to make a complaint the workers behind the counter weren’t happy and had an issue that we found problems with our food.
I like Arby’s, but I won’t be going back to this one.

I probably just at the best Arby’s I have ever had. Yes I was hungry but everything was cooked to perfection. The employees are always so kind at this location and this food is always great. But they nailed it this time. Thank you for making my experience wonderful. This location it open till 11 which is unheard of. I highly recommend. As for the late night the only options are of course T-bell and the Satan’s den which I hate that option and avoid at all costs. So being able to stop here late is so amazing. Thanks for employing a wonderful team. Great customer service. The cooks never get enough recognition. Thank you for make my food worth every single dollar . I’ll always be back. PS the potato cakes are back! Sooo GOOOOD!

Manager is rude and in a bad mood for no reason? Tried to use a coupon and realized my mistake but instead of any type of kindness or consololation manager just bluntly repeated the same “coupons must be used on app”, like if your having a bad day Im sorry but its not my fault so don’t take your attitude out on me
