I am genuinely shocked by the decline in service at this location. My best friend, who is seven months pregnant, visited today and was treated incredibly rudely by the manager, Diane. We come here often, and she did absolutely nothing wrong—she simply made a comment about the AI ordering system. Everyone knows those systems can be difficult to work with. If a manager cannot handle a harmless comment about a robot without becoming confrontational, it raises serious concerns about their suitability for a leadership role.

As a General Manager of a nearby hotel, I can say without hesitation that this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Diane was leaning out of the drive‑thru window to yell at my friend. That behavior is unprofessional, inappropriate, and frankly unbelievable.

I’m furious just hearing about it, and I wasn’t even there. We just celebrated her baby shower, and the last thing she needed was unnecessary stress when she was simply trying to get some food.

We will be escalating this to the corporate office and expect Diane’s supervisor to contact me as soon as possible to address and resolve this matter.

Andre was fantastic when I ordered food through the drive thru the other evening. He took the time to help me resolve the issues I was having with Wendy’s app. I can tell he is new. He is doing great with customer service and is extremely polite!

I had an encounter with the manager Diane who said she could hear me talking on my phone and how I said “oh stupid ai” jokingly and she said that if I don’t like it I can come inside because I am offending the people who work there. Very unprofessional. I even came inside to apologize because I wasn’t talking to anyone but the person I was on the phone with. I did not mean to offend anyone in the drive thru. She continued with the unprofessional behavior. I will not be coming back to this location again.

Went for three sandwiches, the ai robot took my order perfectly I wanted each sandwich with all the fixings and extra pickle, and when I got them not one of them was made correctly. It’s really sad that a robot did half their job with such precision and accuracy and they couldn’t manage to read the screen and make my order correctly, moral of the story hire more robots.

Unfortunately it now costs extra to get sauce, which although really unfortunate I could move past. After waiting some amount of time for my order, the person at the window, as they gave my my drink, asked if it was correct. Did you not pour it, don’t you know if it’s the correct drink? But again I can move past it. I then waited some time longer for my food. Finally I was given the bag….. and no sauce. I asked for sauce to which I was given exactly one. What a treat!!! Thank you!! So no, I’m not thrilled that after all that I paid extra for one pack of sauce. It’s not that big of a deal but it’s just really disappointing.

Went through the drive-through and was greeted by a computer, AI. Very disappointed. i’d rather have a human answering my questions versus AI that doesn’t know how to answer questions. I will not be returning till they get a human being through the drive-through. It’s so frustrating to interact with computers, human intelligence is so much appreciated than artificial incompetence

Stopped for a meal on 12/08/25. Asked for code for bathroom. Was told none are available. What no bathrooms? Asked where do employees crap? Cashier just shrugged her shoulders. Come on a fast food restaurant with no place to wash your hands or piss! No wonder why Wendy’s is closing locations. I’ll never be back!!

UPDATE:

Well, this experience was so incredibly atrocious I don’t believe I’ll be visiting a Wendy’s for a very long time. Let’s start at the beginning:

I walk in to the restaurant and am confronted by a bevy of self-order systems and no cashier. The closest thing to a cashier is a woman trying hard to get orders out to patrons who are patiently waiting for their ticket to be called up.

The machines are not very responsive and I have to touch my selections multiple times for the order to take. When, in the past, I might have been able to speak to a cashier there was no aforementioned person dedicated to taking orders.

Oh, and I had cash, which apparently is too confusing, so I get my ticket number (219, if you must know) after a few minutes of wrangling with the machine. The machine says to remember the number and await my order at which time I will pay.

So, I wait. And wait. And wait some more. I have time to return to my truck, retrieve something, go to the restroom, collect cups of ketchup and fill my drink cup before my number is finally called.

It’d ordered a Biggie Bag for $5. I pay $5.30- something.

A few minutes later she calls my number. On the machine I clearly requested dine-in. When I paid, I requested dine-in. When she called my number it was in a to-go bag. She says my order, Four for $4?

Um, no, I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag.

She seems partially confused and partially exasperated, speaks to someone on the cook line and tells me she’ll get my order right. A couple of minutes later she catches my attention and hands me a to-go bag. I take it and sit in the restaurant (where I still sit).

It was not changed to a $5 Biggie Bag but was still a Four for $4. Whatever. I ate it.

My four piece chicken nuggets was a three piece chicken nugget. My honey mustard sauce was the Wendy’s brand sauce.

So, I go back up to the counter to get my receipt so I can leave feedback. She can’t find the receipt. My number was on the pickup order screen, I told her my number, she called my number but when it came time to hand me my receipt she couldn’t find it and then shrugged and said she was sorry.

So, I have no record of eating here other than the caloric intake which will reek havoc on my gut later. I think I’ll be abstaining from all Wendy’s until they get rid of those kiosks.

My experience wasn’t that bad, actually. The girl at the register, Rebekah, was very nice and seemed to know her stuff. She never became flustered while taking my order and smiled so much I had to ask her if something was wrong.

I didn’t order much – just some fries – while my coworker ate his side salad lunch. The restaurant was relatively clean, but as it was off hours, there really wasn’t much going on.

As for the food: they were fries. Salty, hot and fairly fresh.

If you’ve been to a Wendy’s then you know what to expect. This one wasn’t exception in either a positive or negative manner.

Im disabled and work two jobs and prefer to get me food through delivery. While I have enjoyed high quality food, tonight I placed an order a half hour before the store closed and was unable to receive my food. I’ll just try ordering a little earlier I guess

Food is fine for Wendy’s standards. My issue is with the automated drive-thru. There is now AI that takes your order. It’s like working with automated customer service. Not that great. I will not be back
